Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、セラミック材から成るあと植えこみ部材であ
って、保定のために顎骨内に設けられた下方部分が、端
部で丸くされた円すい状のねじとして形成されておシ、
かつ上方部分がスリーブ状の上皮のだめの中空スロート
及び義歯支持体を受容するだめの開口部を有している形
式のものに関する。
上方端部に義歯を受容するための歯支持体を有するねじ
状のあご植えこみ部材は以前から周知である。１イツ連
邦共和国特許出願公開第２６００６　’３９号明細書に
おいては、抜歯した後に直ちに顎骨内に嵌込まれる挿入
体が示されている。前述の挿入体は、円すい状に延びる
形状を有しておシ、かつ底部で丸くされている。このよ
うな挿入体の欠点は、ねじ山のほとんど円形状の丸味が
ちご植えこみ部材の離脱に対する抵抗をほとんど形成で
きないということである。
さらに同明細書に記載された植えこみ部材の別の欠点は
、単−相の構成にある。すなわちあごに保定すべき部分
と固有の義歯支持体が一体に製造されている。このよう
な単−相の植えこみ部材の欠点は、顎提から突出する義
歯支持体が本能的に行なう舌運動のだめの障害物を形成
するので、治癒経過が妨害され、つまり取付けられた植
えこみ部材の最小の移動を行なうばあいにもいつも治癒
経過が敏感に妨害される。
さらに別のドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第３０４３３
３６号明細書において提案されたばあいによってはセラ
ミック材料から製造された植えこみ部材は、のこ歯状の
ねじ山を有する円すい状に形成されたねじを備えており
、このねじはその上方端部にスリーブ状上皮の付加のだ
めノ中空スロートを有していてかつその下方端部ではや
はり丸くされている。上方端部に取付けられる義歯支持
体は、そしゃく力の緩衝のために設けられたプラスチッ
ク製支承部内に静止している。
これらの公知のあと植えこみ部材の共通の欠゛点は、た
とえ円すい状に形成されたねじ部分を抱き囲んでも、植
えこみ後に始まる骨組織の再生及び付加が、はとんどの
ばあい弛緩及びこれと結びつく植えこみ部材の顎骨から
の離脱を阻止することができないということである。こ
のような欠点は、ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第２６
００６３９号明細書によシ公知の植えこみ部材において
は、円すい状に形成されたねじ形状が歯支持体にまで案
内されていることによって明らかであシ、これに対して
ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第３０４３３３６号明細
書によれば、円すい形状が中空スロートを有する上方部
分にまで達していることによって明らかである。このこ
とによって植えこみ部材は、骨もしくは結合組織によっ
て植えこみ部材を確実に固定する閉鎖部を上方に有して
いないようなろう斗状部内に実際に取付けられることに
なる。
ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第３０４３３３６号明細
書によシ公知である植えこみ部材の別の欠点は、ここで
示されたのこ歯状ねじ山の構成、すなわち植えこみ部材
の中心軸線を有するねじ山のフランクが植えこみ部材の
下方端部に向かって開放する角度を形成するような構成
によって生じる。このような形式のねじ山構成は支持効
果を目的としておシ、このばあい義歯支持体のだめのプ
ラスチック製支承部のそしゃく力緩衝作用にもかかわら
すねじ山のねじ先端において張力ピークが生じ、該張力
ピークが、骨組織を強く負荷しかっばあいによっては植
えこみ部材の弛緩を生ぜしめる。のこ歯状ねじ山の構成
は１このばあい植えこみ部材のあごからの離脱に抵抗す
るには適していない。
本発明の課題は、前述の欠点を排除すると共に、取付け
られた植えこみ部材を取シまく骨組織によって顎骨内の
著しく良好な保定を可能にするあと植えこみ部材を提供
することでちる。
主に、直ちに取付けられる植えこみ部材において、取付
けられた植えこみ部材の一次安定性を高めることにある
解決すべき差し迫った問題を解決することである。本発
明のさらに別の課題は、そしゃく圧によって生じる負荷
時に、ねじ山の外側先端部において張力ピークを生ぜし
めずかつこのことによって迅速な治癒過程を保証してお
り、さらに弛緩の危険が減少されるようにあご植えこみ
部材を改良することである。さらに本発明の課題は、抜
歯直後に、本能的な形式で強制的に行なわれる舌の運動
によって移動され、かつこのことによって治癒経過が延
ばされるようなことなしに取付けられるあと植えこみ部
材を提供することである。
これらの課題を解決するために本発明の構成では、あと
植えこみ部材の上方部分に直接、及び円すい状のねじと
して形成された下方部分に直接、少なくとも１つの環状
***部と少なくとも２つの環状の四部が接続しており、
さらに環状***部の直径が、下方部分の最上のねじ山に
おけるねじ山先端の直径より小さいようになっている。
上方部分と円すい状のねじとして形成された下方部分と
の間の少なくとも１つの環状***部と少なくとも２つあ
環状の四部の構成によって、最上のねじ山先端を越えて
中空スロートを有する上方部分の下側まで結合組織線維
の固着を可能にし、このことによってろう斗状構成によ
る植えこみ部材の弛緩が排除されがっ迅速な治癒経過が
助成される。とシわけ、上方゛部分の下側に形成された
環状の四部もしくは環状***部によって、公知のあと植
えこみ部材において生じるようなろう斗状構成が排除さ
れる。
本発明による環状***部及び環状の四部を有する円すい
状に形成されたねじ状の植えこみ部材の別の利点は、円
筒状のねじ扶植えこみ部材に較べて抜歯後直ちに取付け
ることができ、これに対して前述の円筒状の植えこみ装
置のばあいには、抜歯後まず、あご内に生ぜしめられた
穴が新らだに形成される骨もしくは結合組織によって充
たされ、かつ次に円筒状のねじを受容するための孔が形
成されるまで待たなければならない。
治癒経過中にもすでに特に確実な保定を得るために１本
発明の実施例では、あと植えこみ部材の下方部分かのこ
歯状形状のねじ山を有しており、該ねじ山のフランクが
、あと植えこみ部材の中心軸線と、上方部分の方向で開
放する角度αく９００、有利には２０度〜４０度を成し
ている。
このようなねじ山形状によって、生ぜしぬられた引張力
を著しく阻止することができ、他面ではそしゃく力によ
って植えこみ部材に作用する主負荷が、円すい状の面全
体及び植えこみ部材のねじ山にわたって隣接する骨に向
かって力平行四辺形の方向で接線方向に導びかれる。従
って過負荷は確実に排除される。このことによって本発
明は、植えこみ装置において接線方向で付着される歯保
持部材の結合組織線維において実証された組織学的な試
験において示されたような、自然歯において存在する原
理の調整に成功する。植えこみ装置は、やはり接線方向
で付着する自然歯の歯根膜に相応する。
本発明によるあご植えこみ部材が治癒段階で本能的に行
なわれる舌の運動によって妨害されないことを確実にす
るだめに、本発明の特に有利な実施例では、上方部分の
上側が２つの半円形状の面から成っておシ、上方部分の
上側が、２つの半円形状の面から成っておシ、該面が１
３度〜１８度の角度βで側方へ上側の稜から傾斜してい
る。これに対して、顎骨内に保定すべき部分と義歯支持
体が一体に形成される公知のあご植えこみ部材は、本能
的に行なわれる舌の運動によって歯支持体に接触されが
っこのことにより治癒過程が妨害されるという欠点を有
している。
本発明による植えこみ部イオを取付けるばあいに、上方
部分の直径に相応する上方部分の上側における半円形状
の両方の面を仕切る稜が顎提内に中央／末梢の方向で整
合され、従って前記両面の半円形は、頬側及び吉例もし
くは口蓋に向かう。
顎提内のさらに改善される保定を得るために、本発明の
１実施例では環状***部及び／又は環状の四部に付加的
な複数の保定部を形成している。このことにより植えこ
み部材の固着がさらに改良される。
以下に図示の実施例につき本発明を説明する。
第１図は、下方部分３に丸味端部１３を有する本発明の
あご植えこみ部材１を示す。下方部分３は、第５図にお
いて拡大して示すようにのこ歯状のねじ山８を有してい
る。中空スロート１６を有する上方部分２と下方部分３
との間には、環状の２つの四部５と１つの環状***部生
とが設けられてお９、これらの四部及び環状***部は新
しく形成される骨が成長して拡大するだめに設けられて
いる。上方部分２の上側１０は半円形状の２つの面１１
によって形成されており、該面は上方部分２の直径に相
応していて角度β＝１５°で上方に位置する稜１４に向
かって延びている。稜１４は植えこみ部材の取付は時に
、中央／末梢の方向で位置決めされる。
環状***部牛及び環状の四部５における保定部１７はさ
らに改善される保定に役立つ。あと植えこみ部材１の環
状***部手の直径ｄは、円すい状に形成されたねじ状下
方部分３の最上のねじ山７、正確には最上のねじ山７の
ねじ山先端６における直径りよシ小さい。符号γはねじ
山（６，８，９）のチー・ぐ−を示している。
第２図は第１図に相応するあと植えこみ部材１を別の側
から示している。下方部分３では、縦軸線Ｍの方向で延
びる流出みぞ１５が創傷分秘物の排出のために役立つ。
みその形状で形成された流出みぞ１５は同時に保定安定
性を高める。その下側２０が上側１０に適合している義
歯支持体１２が、そのビン１９によって上方部分２の開
口部１８に固定されている。開口部１８及びビン１９の
横断面形状は第７図の説明で述べる。
第３図は、流出みぞ１５を有する第１図の■−川用に沿
った断面図である。
第４図には、環状***部４の範囲に形成されている保定
部１７を示す。
第５図は、第２図の個所Ｖの１広大図であり、このばあ
いのこ歯状のねじ山８は、ねじ山のフランク９が、あと
植えこみ部材１の中心軸線Ｍと、上方部分２の方向で開
放する３０度の角度αを成している。ねじ山先端６は、
新しく形成される線維帯内にあご植えこみ部材１を懸吊
するのに役立つ。
第６図は第２図の個所■の拡大図であり、このばあい環
状の凹部５は、中空スロート１６を備えた上方部分２の
下側及び下方部分３の上側に配置されておシ、かつ環状
***部４は前記の環状の四部５の間に配置されている。
第７図は、義歯支持体１２のビン１９のだめの開口部１
８の正方形横断面形状を示す。ビン１９は五角形横断面
形状を有しており、この形状は正方形形状から一角隅範
囲を三角形に切り落とすことによって生せしめられ、こ
のことによって結合剤を供給するために役立つ通路２１
は三角形横断面形状になる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、　セラミック材から成るあと植えこみ部材であって
    、保定のだめに顎骨内に設けられた下方部分が、端部で
    丸くされた円すい状のねじとして形成されており、かつ
    上方部分がスリーブ状上皮のだめの中空スロート及び義
    歯支持体を受容するだめの開口部を有している形式のも
    のにおいて、あと植えこみ部材（１）の上方部分（２）
    に直接、及び円すい状のねじとして形成された下方部分
    （３）に直接、少なくとも１つの環状***部（４）と少
    なくとも２つの環状の四部（５）が１妾続しており、さ
    らに環状***部（４）の直径（ｄ’）が、下方部分（３
    ）の最」二のねじ山（７）におけるねじ山先端（６）の
    直径（Ｄ）より小さいことを特徴とするセラミック材か
    ら成るあご植えこみ部利。 ２、　あと植えこみ部材（１）の下方部分（３）が、縦
    断面図で見てのこ歯状形状のねじ山（８）を有しており
    、該ねじ山のフランク（９）が、あご植えこみ部材（１
    ）の中心軸線（Ｍ）と・上方部分（２）の方向で開放す
    る角度α〈９０°を成している特許請求の範囲第１項記
    載のあと植えこみ部材。 ３、前記角度αが２０度〜４０度である特許請求の範囲
    第１項又は第２項記載のあと植えこみ部材。 ４、上方部分（２）の上側（１０）が、２つの半円形状
    の而（１１）から成っており、該面が１３度〜１８度の
    角度βで側方へ上側（１０）の稜（１４）から傾斜して
    いる特許請求の範囲第１項〜第３項のいずれか１項記載
    のあと植えこみ部材。
