  1. 放熱板に凹部を形成し、この凹部に半田を介して貫通孔
    を有する中間板を固定するとともに、この中間板の上に
    前記貫通孔を通って湧出した半田を介して半導体ペレッ
    トを固着してなる半導体装置。
