Conventional manufacturing of dress-up parts such as wigs for dress-up dolls involves constructing cloth or molding synthetic resin with a mold, and a simple method is to make two pieces of paper on the front and back. A method of gluing the periphery with glue has also been adopted, but the former two methods are expensive and easily damaged, while the latter method lacks strength and breaks easily. This method was unsatisfactory in terms of mass production of molded products at low cost.

By having the structure described in the claims, the present invention is strong, does not cause damage even when children play dress-up repeatedly, and can withstand long-term use even though it is flat. To provide a method for inexpensively supplying a large quantity of dress-up parts having different outlines on the front and back that can give a three-dimensional impression.

Note that symbols 16 and 17 in the figure are sheets 7 and 8, as will be described later.
These tear-off lines are carved at appropriate intervals on the outer periphery of the common contour lines 5 and 6 to which the parts are welded, and are formed in the same manner as the contour lines 11 and 14. The first base sheet 9 and the second base sheet 12
It is used as a guide when matching the pattern position with the sheet 7 and 8 in the outline parts 5 and 6.
When separating the molded wig from each base sheet after welding the wigs, when the welded parts are about to peel off due to the action of strong separation force, the tear lines 16.
It also serves a safety function by allowing the portion 17 to be separated from the base sheet.

As mentioned above, the back side of the first base sheet 9 with the front side pattern 10 and the second base sheet 1 with the back side pattern 13 are shown.
After overlapping the back sides of 2 and matching the pattern positions, press only the common contour line portion at a position corresponding to 5°6 with a mold having a pressing blade portion, perform high frequency dielectric heating, and apply high frequency dielectric heating to the contour line portion. Base sheets 9 and 12, ie, sheets 7 and 8, are welded together at 5°6.

1. On the surface of a first base sheet made of flexible thermoplastic synthetic resin, a front side pattern having an outline of a molded object, which is a dress-up part used for a dress-up doll, is printed, and a second base sheet of the same quality is printed. A back side pattern having an outline common to a part of the outline of the front side pattern of the object to be molded is printed on the surface of the sheet, and then a back side pattern is printed on the outline of the printed pattern of each of the first and second base sheets. After cutting a cutting line for tearing, the first base sheet and the second base sheet are cut so that the back sides of each base sheet are in contact with each other, and the printed pattern of each base sheet is The first base sheet and the second base sheet are overlapped so that the common contour lines match each other, and then the first base sheet and the second base sheet are welded at the common contour line portion, and cut by melting at the outer line of the welded portion, and A dress-up component having different contour lines on the front and back sides, characterized in that the printed pattern portion is separated from the first and second base sheets by the entire contour line of the printed pattern on the first base sheet and the second base sheet. manufacturing method.
