This technology involves polymerizing two sheets of vinyl chloride, welding the edges together, blowing air into the bag-shaped sheet to form an air material, and applying a welder process to the air material. This is a method that separates the air into small air sacs. That is, the above-mentioned prior art is characterized in that a plurality of small frame electrodes are pressed against an air bladder filled with air and inflated.

のに困難を伴うという問題点があった。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, since the air bladder in the above technology is filled with air, the upper and lower sheets bulge symmetrically, and the central part of the air bladder swells significantly. As a result, the small frame electrode (fusing blade) does not match the pattern printed on the sheet. Therefore, there is a problem in that it is difficult to obtain a small size atomized body that follows the outline of the pattern print. Ta.

の製造方法。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was made in view of the problems of the prior art. That is, two synthetic resin sheets 1', upper and lower, each having a plurality of colored patterns 2 printed on one or both of them, are colored. Pattern outline 2'
Press the welder fusing blade 4 that matches the pattern to form a toy base A in which each pattern is connected by a runner 3, and then blow air through the end runners to give the toy base A a flexible bulge. A method for producing an air-filled decorative toy, characterized in that each runner 3 is then pressed with another welder fusing blade 5.

A welder fusing blade 4 that matches the outline 2 of the pattern is pressed against the upper surface of the sheet as shown in the second figure. Each pattern is melted along the contour line 2' by this welder fusing blade 4, and the patterns are connected to each other by a runner 3. At this point, the flat toy base A
is formed (see Figure 3). When air is sent through the end runners 3 of the toy base A, the air enters the upper and lower sheets surrounded by the outline 2' through the runners, so that the entire toy base A flexibly inflates. So finally, toy mother body A
When each runner 3 is pressed and cut by another Kuelder cutting blade 5 as shown in the fourth figure, a plurality of air-filled toys B can be obtained at the same time.

仕上がる顕著な効果がある。The toy base A is formed by melt-cutting the upper and lower sheets.
Each pattern 2 is connected by a runner 3, so when air is sent in from the end runner, the whole inflates uniformly, and by pressing the runner 3 with another fusing blade 5, the toy B can be easily obtained. In other words, manufactured toy B has a three-dimensional effect because air is sealed inside, and in particular, the flat upper and lower sheets can be melted and cut along the contour line 2' of the colored pattern, so it has a three-dimensional shape. Toy B has the remarkable effect of being accurately and beautifully finished in the desired shape.
