DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a dehydrating washing machine which is provided with an outer tub around the outer periphery of the washing and dehydrating tub, a rotary blade at the bottom, and a balance ring filled with liquid at the top end. The water between the outer tank and the dehydration tank that has been sucked into the pump chamber on the back side of the tank is discharged into the dehydration tank from above the dehydration tank.

The aim is to improve the washing efficiency by making the washing water flow complicated by this discharge, and the upper part of the discharge waterway of the pump chamber is formed without taking up extra space, and the upper part of this discharge waterway is utilized. This is intended to prevent rapid movement of liquid within the balance ring.

In conventional dehydrating washing machines, the cross-sectional shape of the washing and dehydrating tub is close to a circle (for this reason, the laundry is rotated sufficiently horizontally, but not very well in the vertical direction, and the laundry is not rotated vertically. In particular, the laundry in the upper part of the washing machine swells with air and floats on top of the washing water, causing it to not be washed, causing uneven washing.

In the structure described above, when the rotary blade 5 rotates during washing, the water between the outer tank 1 and the dewatering tank 2 flows through the suction port 10 as shown by the arrow in FIG. A portion of this sucked water passes through the gap C between the opening 22 of the pump chamber cover and the rotor 5 and exits into the dehydration tank (but most of the water is absorbed by the pressure). It is fed 9 into the discharge waterway 15 which opens to the outer periphery of the high pump chamber, and is discharged from the discharge port 18 as shown by the arrow (towards the center of the dewatering tank).

As a result, the washing water flow becomes a complex turbulent flow due to the horizontal rotation by the rotary blades and the water discharged from the discharge port 18, which results in a complicated turbulent flow. As the water falls down, the laundry above will not swell up with air and remain floating on top of the washing water and not be washed. This will eliminate uneven washing and improve the washing rate.

The reason why the peripheral edge 23 of the rotary blade 50 is covered by the pump chamber cover 24 is to ensure that the water sucked into the pump chamber 7 flows out into the dehydration tank 2 (the amount is minimized).

Furthermore, the partition rib 28 is also designed to reduce the thin flow in the communication portion between the discharge waterway 15 and the pump chamber 7, and to allow as much water as possible to flow smoothly into the discharge waterway 15.

Here, the amount of water discharged from the discharge port 18 is greater than the amount of water discharged between the dehydration tank 2 and the outer tank 1 from the dehydration hole 29 provided on the side wall of the dehydration tank (as shown in Fig. 1). During washing, the water level in the dehydration tank is raised, and the water level between the dehydration tank and the outer tank is lowered, so that the water between the dehydration tank and the outer tank can effectively contribute to washing.

Although not shown in the figure, for example, if a removable bag-shaped lint filter is attached to the discharge port 18 and the water discharged from the discharge port is discharged to the dewatering tank through the lint filter, Lint waste in the water can be easily removed.

As described above, according to the present invention, the water sucked into the pump chamber during washing between the outer tank and the dehydration tank is sent to the discharge channel formed from the bottom of the dehydration tank to the upper part of the side wall, and is discharged from the top of the dehydration tank into the dehydration tank. In addition, this discharge makes the washing water flow complicated, so that the laundry is frequently changed from top to bottom, thereby eliminating unevenness and improving the washing efficiency.

The upper part of the discharge waterway is formed by covering the recess formed between the outer peripheral wall and the upper wall of the balance ring with a cover, so it is the same as the recess that exists inside the balance ring. It does not get in the way of putting in and taking out clothes, no extra space is required for the discharge waterway, and there is no need to widen the gap between the dehydration tank and the outer tank.

Moreover, this discharge channel acts as a resistor against the movement of liquid within the balance ring, and has various excellent effects such as being useful for preventing rapid movement of liquid.
