DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a dehydrating washing machine which is provided with an outer tub around the outer periphery of the washing and dehydrating tub, a rotary blade at the bottom, and a balance ring filled with liquid at the top end. The water between the outer tank and the dehydration tank, which is sucked into the pump chamber on the back side of the washing machine, is discharged from above the dehydration tank into the dehydration tank, and this discharge complicates the washing water flow to improve the cleaning efficiency. The tip of the discharge waterway in the pump chamber is carefully arranged to avoid taking up extra space, and the tip of the discharge waterway is used to prevent rapid movement of liquid within the balance ring. It is something.

In conventional dehydrating washing machines, the cross-sectional shape of the washing and dehydrating tub is close to a circular shape, and as a result, the laundry is sufficiently rotated horizontally, but not so much in the vertical direction, and there is little turnover between the top and bottom. In particular, the laundry in the upper part contains air and swells and floats on the washing water, sometimes not being washed, causing uneven washing.

The present invention has been made in view of this point, and will be explained below based on the drawings. 1 is an outer tank, and a washing/dehydration tank 2 is installed inside. A rotor blade 5 attached to a rotor shaft 4 is disposed in a recess 3 at the center of the bottom of the dehydration tank 2, and a plurality of back blades 6 are integrally provided on the back surface of the rotor blade 5. The back side of the rotor blade 5 is formed into a pump chamber 7 by the back blade 6. Reference numeral 8 denotes a dehydration tank shaft to which the dehydration tank 2 is fixed via a dehydration tank boss 9. At the bottom of the dehydration tank boss 9 and the recess 3, there is a suction port 10 that sucks water between the outer tank 1 and the dehydration tank 2 into the pump chamber 7 by the pump action of the back blade 6 when the rotary blade 5 rotates.
is provided. A bearing case 11 for the rotor shaft 4 and the dehydration tank shaft 8, and a drive motor 12 for rotating the rotor blade 5 and the dehydration tank 2 are attached to the back surface of the outer tank 1. It is suspended from the top of the frame in a vibration-proof manner.

The side wall of the dehydration tank 2 is provided with a second wall to improve cleaning efficiency.
As shown in the figure, it is composed of an arcuate wall 2' and a flat wall 2'' that bulges inward, forming a substantially octagonal column shape. The bottom of the dehydration tank is connected to the pump chamber 7 from the top of the flat wall 2'' to the upper end of the flat wall 2''. A groove 13 is formed, and this groove 13 is covered with a channel cover 14 made of synthetic resin and forms a part 15' of the discharge channel 15 of the pump chamber 7. A hollow annular balance ring 17 containing a liquid 16 that acts as a fluid balancer is attached to the upper end of the dehydration tank 2, and a suitable position of the balance ring 17 is recessed inward from the outer peripheral wall 17 to the upper wall 17''. to form recesses 19 and 20, and cover the recesses 19 and 20 with a cover 21 to open the water passage 1.
5'', and the lower end of this water passage 15'' is connected to the upper end of the discharge water passage 15', and the water passage 15'' is the tip of the discharge water passage 15 of the pump chamber. This tip 15'' is It opens toward the inside of the dehydration tank and serves as a discharge port 18 of the discharge waterway 15.

The water channel cover 14 has an inner diameter A of the pump chamber 7.
A pump chamber cover 24 having an opening 22 with a smaller diameter B and covering the peripheral edge 23 of the rotor blade 5 is integrally provided. The connection between the pump chamber cover 24 and the water channel cover 14 is a thin hinge 25, and the lower part of the water channel cover 14 is connected to the bottom of the dehydration tank by a screw 2.
6, and the pump chamber cover 24 is elastically engaged with the bottom of the dehydration tank by a plurality of elastic engagement pieces 27 integrally provided on the lower surface of the pump chamber cover 24. The pump chamber cover 24 can be removed from the dewatering tank 2 and rotated about the hinge 25 without tools, so that the inside of the pump chamber 7 can be easily cleaned.

In the structure described above, when the rotary blade 5 rotates during washing, the water between the outer tank 1 and the dewatering tank 2 flows from the suction port 10 into the pump chamber 7 as shown by the arrow in FIG. A portion of this sucked water exits into the dehydration tank through the gap C between the opening 22 of the pump chamber cover and the rotor 5, but most of the water flows into the outer periphery of the pump chamber where the pressure is high. The water is fed into the discharge waterway 15 which is open to the inside of the dewatering tank, and is discharged from the discharge port 18 toward the center of the dehydration tank as shown by the arrow.

As a result, the washing water flow becomes a complicated turbulent flow due to the horizontal rotation by the rotary blades and the water discharged from the discharge port 18, and the laundry D is frequently changed from top to bottom. As the water falls, the laundry above does not swell up with air and remain floating on the washing water and not be washed, eliminating uneven washing and improving the washing rate.

The reason why the peripheral edge 23 of the rotor blade 5 is covered with the pump chamber cover 24 is to minimize the amount of water sucked into the pump chamber 7 that flows out into the dehydration tank 2.
This is to ensure that as much water as possible goes to the discharge waterway 15. The purpose of the partition rib 28 is also to reduce the eddy flow in the communication portion between the discharge waterway 15 and the pump chamber 7, so that as much water as possible can flow smoothly to the discharge waterway 15.

Here, the amount of water discharged from the discharge port 18 is set to be larger than the amount of water discharged between the dehydration tank 2 and the outer tank 1 from the dehydration hole 29 provided on the side wall of the dehydration tank, as shown in FIG. By raising the water level in the dehydration tank and lowering the water level between the dehydration tank and the outer tank, the water between the dehydration tank and the outer tank can effectively contribute to washing.

As described above, according to the present invention, the water sucked into the pump chamber during washing between the outer tank and the dehydration tank is sent to the discharge channel formed from the bottom of the dehydration tank to the upper part of the side wall, and is discharged from above the dehydration tank into the dehydration tank. Since this discharge makes the washing water flow complicated, the laundry is frequently changed from top to bottom, which eliminates uneven washing and improves the washing efficiency. The tip of the discharge waterway is located in the recess formed in the balance ring, so it does not get in the way of putting in and taking out clothes, and no extra space is required for the tip of the discharge waterway. There is no need to increase the distance between the dewatering tank and the outer tank. Furthermore, the tip of this discharge channel acts as a resistor against the movement of liquid within the balance ring, and has various excellent effects such as being useful for preventing rapid movement of liquid. .

1. In a washing/dehydration tank that has an outer tank on the outer periphery, a rotary blade at the bottom, and a balance ring containing liquid at the upper end, a pump with back blades integrally molded with the rotary blade is installed on the back side of the rotary blade. The action forms a pump chamber that sucks water between the outer tank and the dehydration tank,
A recess is formed by recessing inward from the outer circumferential wall to the upper wall of the balance ring, the recess is covered with a cover to form a water passage, and the tip of the discharge water passage of the pump chamber is inserted into the water passage. The dehydrating washing machine is arranged such that water is discharged from the tip portion into the dehydrating tank.
