(b) Industrial application field This invention is a washing machine used at home, and uses the pumping action of the back blade of the rotor blade installed at the bottom of the washing tub.
This invention relates to a device in which lint, etc. in the liquid is captured by sending the liquid in the washing tub to a water supply channel provided along the wall of the washing tub and discharging it from the tip of the water channel through a lint filter into the washing tub. (b) Prior art This will be explained based on FIGS. 1 and 2. Reference numeral 1 denotes a synthetic resin washing tub which also serves as a dehydration tank and has a large number of small holes 2 for dehydration on the peripheral wall, and a washing tub substrate 3 at the bottom.
is attached with screws 4, and this board 3 is fixed to a washing tub drive shaft 5. A balance ring 11 is attached to the rim of the washing tub 1. Reference numeral 6 denotes a rotary blade, the blade shaft 7 of which is rotatably supported within the drive shaft 5. The washing tub 1 is provided inside an outer tub 8, and a motor 9 for rotating a drive shaft 5 and a blade shaft 7 is mounted on the bottom of the outer tub 8.
A bearing case 10 and the like are attached, and the outer tank 8 is suspended from the upper part of the machine frame (not shown). A radial back blade 12 is integrally molded on the back side of the rotor blade 6, and a pump chamber 15 is formed on the back side of the rotor blade by the washing tub substrate 3, the washing tub bottom recess 13, and the peripheral wall 14 of the recess 13. There is. A plurality of suction ports 16 into the pump chamber 15 are formed in the substrate 3, and a discharge port 17 of the pump chamber 15 is formed by opening a portion of the peripheral wall 14. A concave groove 1 communicates with this discharge port 17 and extends from the bottom of the washing tub 1 to the upper end of the side wall.
8 is formed, and a water channel cover 19 made of synthetic tree paper is fitted into this groove 18 to form a water supply channel 20 of the pump chamber 15. The lower part of the water channel cover 19 is
A hook 22 integrally protruding from the back side of a tongue piece 21 extending integrally from the lower end thereof is fixed by being elastically engaged with a protrusion 23 formed on the back surface of the bottom of the washing tub 1. A discharge duct 24 that serves as a discharge port of the water supply channel 20 and directs liquid coming out of the water channel inward is integrally molded at the upper end of the water channel cover 19. Discharge duct 2
4 is disposed in a recess 25 formed by recessing the inner surface of the balance ring 11. A bag-shaped lint filter 26 is removably attached opposite the tip of the discharge duct 24. The lint filter 26 is
The lower end locking piece 28 of the frame body 27 to which the mouth edge is attached
A locking portion 2 provided integrally with the balance ring 11
9, and the elastic claw 30 protruding from the upper end of the frame body 27 is engaged with the tip of a ceiling plate 31 protruding from the upper surface of the balance ring so as to cover the recess 25. When the rotary blade 6 is rotated after water is supplied to the washing tub 1 up to the specified water level, the washing tub 1 is sucked into the pump chamber 15 through the suction port 16 as shown by the arrow in FIG. 1 due to the pump action of the back blade 12. The liquid between the outer tubs 8 (which eventually becomes the liquid inside the washing tub) is sent to the water supply channel 20 and passed through the discharge duct 24 to the lint filter 26.
It is discharged towards the washing tub 1 and returns to the inside of the washing tub 1. At this time, the lint contained in the liquid is captured by a lint filter, and the water flow discharged from the discharge duct 24 disturbs the water flow in the washing tub, thereby improving the cleaning effect. By the way, the water level of washing tub 1 varies depending on the load.
As shown in the figure, the liquid discharged from the discharge duct 24 can be changed to four stages H1, H2, H3, and H4, for example, depending on the water pressure, there is a lot of liquid at high water levels, but less at low water levels. Become. In particular, recently, in order to reduce fabric damage, the diameter of the rotor blade has been increased to approximately 30 (cm) and the rotation speed has been increased to approximately 180 cm.
Low [rpm] and clockwise rotation for 1 to 2 seconds, 0.5 to 1
There is a washing machine that alternates left and right in short cycles, such as a pause for 1 second, a counterclockwise rotation for 1 to 2 seconds, and a pause for 0.5 to 1 second. When the water level becomes low, the amount of liquid discharged from the discharge duct 24 decreases dramatically, and almost no water comes out of the discharge duct, causing the problem that lint cannot be removed sufficiently. (c) Purpose of the invention The purpose of the invention is to enable sufficient liquid to remove thread waste discharged from the water supply channel even when the water level is low. (d) Structure of the invention The present invention narrows the area of the flow passage at the bottom of the water supply channel in the pump room to make it smaller than the upper part, thereby increasing the lift at low water levels. Allowing more water to be released,
This makes it possible to remove lint. (E) Embodiment This will be explained based on FIGS. 3 to 6. Components that are the same as the conventional example are given the same figure numbers. In the present invention, ribs 3 projecting into the water supply channel 20 from the bottom of both side walls of the water channel cover 19 for forming the water channel 20 to the center corresponding to the low water level H4.
5 and 35 are integrally molded to make the flow passage area of the lower part of the water supply channel 20 smaller than that of the upper part. In this way, the discharge pressure from the water supply channel increases, and when the water level is low, the amount of liquid discharged from the discharge duct 24 at the tip of the water supply channel can be considerably increased compared to the conventional system. Also, as the water level rises, the amount of liquid discharged from the discharge duct 24 decreases compared to the conventional one, and in the case of a high water level, there is no possibility that too much liquid will come out from the discharge duct 24 and be scattered around. . This is because only the lower part of the water supply channel 20 is constricted to suppress the increase in discharge pressure. The table below shows that the flow area of the lower part of the water supply channel has been reduced to 1/1 compared to the conventional one.
2 shows the relationship between the discharge amount from the discharge duct and each water level H1, H2, H3, and H4. As mentioned above, the dimensions, rotation speed, and reversal period of the rotor blade are approximately 30 [cm] and approximately 180 [r.
pm], 1 on the left and right alternately with a pause of 0.5 to 1 second.
It rotates for ~2 seconds, and the discharge amount here indicates the amount discharged while the rotor blade rotates only once in one direction.

[Table] As is clear from this result, the lower the water level, the greater the rate of increase in the discharge amount compared to the conventional method. (f) Effects of the invention According to the invention, by making the flow area of the lower part of the water supply channel smaller than the upper part, a considerable amount of liquid can be discharged from the tip of the water supply channel even when the water level is low. , there is no reduction in the lint removal effect. Furthermore, since ribs are provided on the waterway cover to reduce the flow area of the waterway, the lower part of the waterway cover, which is subject to strong water pressure, can be reinforced.
