Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a washer of the type in which a portion of washing water is recirculated, wherein a balance ring is attached to the top end of dehydrating tank and a cover is applied to the hollow space formed between the balance ring and outer tank, thereby providing a water circulating passage, whereby it is enabled to form a complicated stream of washing water while preventing drastic movement of the liquid.
CONSTITUTION: At the upper end of dehydrating tank 2, there is provided a hollow balance ring 17 serving as fluid balancer in which fluid 16 is sealed. Hollow spaces 19, 20 are formed along the outer wall and upper wall of the balance ring 17 and they are applied with cover 21 to provide a water circulating passage 15". When rotor blades 5 are rotated during washing operation, water in the space between outer tank 1 and dehydrating tank 2 is drawn by the pump function of back blades 6. Water thus drawn is passed through water circulating passages 15, 15" and discharged to the central portion in dehydrating tank 2 from outlet port 18. The water circulating passage 15 functions as drag against drastic movement of fluid 16 in balance ring 17, thereby serving to attenuate vibration of the dehydrating tank 2.
