Therefore, there is a drawback that loading errors are likely to occur. In this case, it is necessary to manually check whether the tools are correctly loaded into a predetermined tool magazine.

One of the features is that the barcode written on the label is input into the computer using a barcode reader, and the magazine number in which the tool is loaded is automatically set by the computer. Also NC
Another feature is that when specifying a tool when creating a program, by specifying only the type of tool, the computer can search for the loaded magazine number and specify the predetermined tool.

This makes it easy to input tool numbers for monitoring the lifespan of individual tools.

It can also be used for M/Cs that use a tool rack.

管理方式。1. In a machining center consisting of a processing machine main body, an automatic tool changer, and a computer that controls these, a tool that defines the relationship between the tool type 1 number and the tool magazine number is stored in the storage area of the computer. Stores a magazine table and a usage record table that defines the relationship between the tool type 9 number and the usage time and life of the tool. By reading the code representing the provided tool type and number and storing it in the tool magazine table, and storing the cumulative usage time associated with the use of the tool in the practical performance table, A tool loading management method in a machining center characterized by managing tool loading and tool replacement.
