Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the corner part from becoming a projection shape and to improve the quality of external appearance by working the flange part by bending the side edge inward after performing stepping work of corner part at an intersection part of walls of car body members. CONSTITUTION:A flat plate material is formed to a work W by drawing in which the first wall (a) is intersected by the second wall (b). Then, in trimming, the work W is set on a die 1 having a cutting edge 1a, a punch bed 2 is lowered and pressed and held by a presser hung through a spring 3, and at the same time, scraps (j) are removed by a cutting edge 5a and a cutting edge 1a of a punch 5 fixed to the punch bed 2. At this time, a recessed part 1b and a projected part 4a for stepping work are formed at positions corresponding to the die 1 and the stepped part (i) of the presser 4, and the stepped part (i) is worked. を下降させることによシ、該パンチベッド2′にスプリ
ング3′を介して懸架されたプレノサ4′でワークWを
抑圧保持するとともに、上記パンチベッド2′に固定さ
れたパンチ5′で上記ワークWの交叉する各壁部a。

突起が著しい場合には手直しのために余分な工薮を要し
、その結果コストアップを招くという問題があった。

が突起状に形成されることを防止して車体部材の外観品
質の向上およびコストダウン化を図ることを目的とする
ものである。

ンジ率を少なくシ、かつフランジ部の余肉が車体角部の
曲げRに影響を与えないように行い得て、車体角部に突
起が発生しないようにしたものである。

下部側縁に設けた切刃5aと上記切刃1aとの切断作用
によってスクラップjを取り除く。その際、上記ダイ1
およびプレノサ4の上記段付部iに対応する部位にはそ
れぞれ段付加工用凹部1bと凸部4aとがそれぞれ形成
されており、上記トリミングを行うと同時に段付部lの
加工が行われる。この段付加工により、7ランジ加工の
前工程において車体角部fの曲げRのR止りまでを予備
成形することができ、車体角部fの形状を予め確定する
ことができる。

内方に折り曲げてそれぞれ第1および第2のフランジ部
c、  dを加工する(第5図の状態)のである。

ストダウン化を図ることができるという実用上優れた効
果を奏し得るものである。
