Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は綿糸１００％又は合成繊維、あるいは綿混紡、
交織、交編等よりなる布帛のプリント発色加工において
、反応性染料の発色を高温高圧スチーマを用いて連続的
に効果的に行なうことを目的とする高温高圧スチーマに
よるプリント布の発色加工方法及び装置に関するもので
ある。
従来、反応性染料を使用した綿布へのプリント発色加工
は、プリント済みの加工布帛をニージャー（常圧発色装
置）に入れて温度１００℃の下で約７分で発色加工せし
めていることが常識的な発色カロエ方法であったが、こ
の発色加工方法においては、布帛が完全に乾燥されず、
布帛湿度の不均一性を生じていることから、発色状態は
不均一となり、色違いの発色が生じたり、あるいは発色
固着が完全になされないことが原因で発色むらが生じる
等のことから不良品となる欠点があった。
更に従来法における反応性染料を使用してのプリント発
色加工はプリント発色加工済みの布帛を洗浄処理するた
めの水洗槽を１０槽から２０槽設置して、水洗を繰返し
行なうために、前記した如き発色固着が完全になされて
いない部分の反応性染料が水洗槽内で洗い落されたり、
あるいは、この洗い落された染料が布帛に再度付着して
該布帛の白湯、あるいはその他の部分を汚染する等のこ
とから染色不良が生じる欠点があった。
本発明はかかる欠点を解消するためになされたものであ
って、その要旨は布帛に反応性染料を使用してプリント
もしくは無地染した加工布を連続的に高温高圧スチーマ
内に導入して完全発色せしめるものである。
かくして高温高圧スチーマにより発色処理された布帛は
高温高圧により完全発色され、鮮明なる染色がなされる
と共に水洗槽も３〜４槽ですむことから設備も簡素化さ
れる等、その実益は犬なるものがある。
以下に本発明を図面に示す実施例に基ついて詳細に説明
する。
１は反応性染料が塗布された綿布等の布帛で、この布帛
１は入口側シール機構２を経て高圧スチーマ缶３内に導
入されるようになっている。
４は布帛押し下げロールであり、該ロール４は駆動プー
リー５に案内支持されているチェーン又はロープ６の先
端に取付けられているが、このロープ６の他端にはウェ
イト７が連結されている。
従って駆動プーリー５の正逆回転によりロール４は上下
に往復動されるものである。
８は高圧スチーマ３内において間歇移動する多数本の布
帛移送ロールであって、これらロール８は一定間隔かつ
平行状態で左右一対のエンドレスチェーン９の相互間に
架設支持されているものである。
１５は水噴射ノズルである。
１０はエンドレスチェーン９を案内しているガイド車、
１１は間歇駆動車、１２は高圧スチーマ缶３の布帛出口
側シール機構、１３は布帛押えロールである。
今、布帛１を入口側シール機構を通してスチーマ缶３内
に導入すると、その布帛１は布帛押し下げロール４の降
下作用により押し下げられて布帛１に垂みが形成される
。
布帛はそのプリント面の裏側がロールに接するように掛
けられる。
次いで布帛押し下げロール４は上昇するが布帛１の自重
によって、その布帛１の垂みが一定量となると、チェー
ン９が一定の距離たけ回動し、布帛はそのチェーン９と
同時に進行するロール８に掛けられ一ステップ送られ、
布帛押えロール１３と、移送ロール８との間に挟圧され
る。
次いで再度布帛押し下げロール４が降下して布帛１の垂
みを形成し、以下前記同様に布帛押し下げロール４及び
移送ロール８が間歇移動して布帛１をノーテンション状
態で順次移送するものである。
この間水噴射ノズル１５によって布帛のプリント面の裏
側に高温高圧水が噴射される。
かくしてスチーマ缶３内で移送される布帛１は連続的に
高温高圧処理される。
高圧スチーマでは一般に器壁等の低温部に水分が凝縮し
、布帛からは水分が蒸発してこれを十分に湿潤状態に保
つことは困難で、その結果布帛の湿熱処理、特に発色は
十分に行なわれ難い。
しかるに本発明では過剰の水分の存在下に発色処理を行
なうものであるから、発色は短時間に完全に進行する。
さらに本発明では水分は布帛のプリント面の裏側から与
えられるものであるから、プリント面を汚染するおそれ
はない。
布帛はしかる後布吊出ロ側シール機構１２を経てスチー
マ３の外側に導出され、かくして連続発色処理は完了す
る。
尚、本実施例における出口側シール機構１２内には水封
槽１４を備えていることから、この水封槽１４により予
備的水洗が行なわれ、水洗にも役立ものである。
実施例 スチーマ内を１６０°Ｃとなし、該スチーマ内に反応性
染料を塗布した綿布１を導入し、この綿布をスチーマ内
で約２分間加熱、加圧処理せしめた結果、発色が完全に
なされ、効果的かつ鮮明なる染色がなされた。
更にか（して発色された綿布の水洗工程は短縮され、水
洗槽を３〜４槽で済ませることができた。
以上述べたように本発明によれば、スチーマによる高温
高圧処理によりプリント後の布の乾燥のバラツキ、即ち
湿度のバラツキがないためにプリント発色（染色）がき
わめて完全かつ鮮明になされ、しかも被加工布の白湯を
汚染することなく、従来法による常圧発色法より得た発
色布帛と比して商品価値が高められるものである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 綿糸、合成繊維、綿混紡、交織、交編等の布帛をプ
    リント加工する方法において、反応性染料によりプリン
    トされた前記布帛を連続的に高温高圧スチーマ内に導入
    し、布帛プリント面の裏側に高温高圧水を噴射付与しつ
    つ発色せしめることを特徴とする高温高圧スチーマによ
    るプリント布のの発色加工方法。 ２ 高温高圧スチーマ内において、間歇的で、しかもエ
    ンドレスに回動し、かつ布帛がかけられる布帛移送ロー
    ルを等間隔に隔設してなるコンベアと、スチーマ内に導
    入された布帛に垂みを作りながら該布帛を前記布帛移送
    ロールに順次掛けるために上下方向に反復運動をする布
    帛押し下げロールと、布帛プリント面の裏側に高温高圧
    水を噴射付与するための水噴射ノズルを内装せしめてＬ
    ・ることを特徴とする高温高圧スチーマによるプリント
    布の発色装置。
