において、ＡＬＣ入力端子に接続された検波回路の出力
側に第１トランジスタの入力電極を接続し、該第１トラ
ンジスタの出力電極に電流ミラー回路を接続し、該電流
ミラー回路の出力側にラインアンプ用の第２のトランジ
スタの入力電極を接続すると共に該第２のトランジスタ
の出力電極を第１のＡＬＣ出力端子に接続し、前記電流
よ・ラー回路の入力側に第３のトランジスタの入力電極
を接続し、電源とアース間に該第３のトランジスタのエ
ミッタ抵抗とコレクタ・エミツタ路及び第４のトランジ
スタを接続１、マイクアンプ用に接続した前記第４のト
ランジスタの出力電極を第２のＡＬＣ出力端子に接続し
、前記ＡＬＣ入力端子に加わる入力信号に応じて前記第
１のＡＬＣ出力端子に接続されるラインアンプにＡＬＣ
を、前記第２のＡＬＣ出力端子に接続されるマイクアン
