差動増幅器に於て、該第１のトランジスタと該第１の負
荷抵抗間に第１の出力端子と、該第２のトランジスタと
該第２の負荷抵抗間に第２の出力端子を具え、該第１と
該第２の負荷抵抗の夫々の端子間にクランプ回路を付設
