[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing artificial wood grain decorative veneer,
More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing decorative veneer with a complex and more natural artificial wood grain pattern at a high yield.

Conventional artificial wood grain decorative veneers do not have a wood grain pattern by using colored or colorless adhesive between the templates of the desired shape.
It is manufactured by dyeing or undying the almost invisible raw material veneer, pressing and laminating it to form a fritchi with the desired shape, adjusting the material so that the adhesive layer has a wood grain pattern, and then peeling it off. Alternatively, in order to obtain a more natural, delicate, and complex pattern, the decorative veneer obtained by preparing and peeling the wood is laminated again between templates of the desired shape using colored or colorless adhesive. It was manufactured by gluing it together and scraping the material again.

However, if the adhesion-preparation-striping process is repeated, the curved surface of the fritches is removed in the material preparation process and then peeled off using a slicer, so the raw material veneer that makes up this curved surface is wasted, resulting in This results in a decrease in retention and an increase in the cost of decorative veneer as a final product.

The feature of the method of the present invention is that the artificial wood grain decorative veneer manufactured by the conventional method is again pressed and laminated between the desired templates using a colored or colorless adhesive.
The purpose is to minimize the loss of commercially valuable veneers by considering the order in which the veneers are laminated when making a laminated flitch.

In other words, the present invention involves dyeing a raw material veneer with no or almost inconspicuous wood grain pattern between a pair of templates whose upper and lower crimping surfaces have a curved or flat surface with complementary unevenness, or dyeing the raw material veneer with a color without dyeing it. Or, in the manufacturing method of artificial wood grain decorative veneer in which a laminated frit is obtained by pressing, laminating, and bonding using a colorless adhesive, (A) the defective raw material veneer is near both the upper and lower surfaces of the frit, and the center The first lamination step (B) in which the defect-free raw material veneers are laminated and bonded to the required thickness so that the veneers are bonded to the desired thickness. Then, the materials are prepared so that the adhesive surface layer of the laminated frits appears on the surface as the primary wood grain pattern. (C) Next, the first stripping process (D) in which the surface of the prepared laminated fritches is scraped to obtain a primary decorative veneer (D) All of the above primary decorative veneers are removed. A second lamination process (E) in which the layers are laminated in the reverse order of the first lamination, or only the first decorative veneers including defective veneers are laminated in the reverse order (top and bottom).Next, (B) A second preparation process (F) in which the process is repeated.A second stripping process in which the process in (C) is then repeated. This is a method for manufacturing artificial wood grain decorative veneer, which consists of repeating the above process and further in some cases. .

Since the stacking order of the veneers in (D) is opposite to the vertical relationship of the veneers in (C), they are removed from the uneven frits in the secondary preparation to obtain (E). Most of the parts are made up of defective veneers whose commercial value has decreased due to insect holes, contamination, etc., and the loss of the secondary decorative veneer 5, which has commercial value, is extremely small.

As described above, according to the method of the present invention, the frit parts removed in the first and second preparation processes are laminated in such a way that they become cheap raw material veneers with reduced commercial value. Not only will raw material veneers not be wasted, but secondary decorative veneers containing cheap raw material veneers with reduced commercial value can be almost completely prevented from occurring by changing the stacking order of primary decorative veneers. This has the effect of greatly improving the yield of the final product, the secondary decorative veneer.

Example 1 A white meranti veneer with a thickness of 0.8 mm was dyed reddish-purple and used as a raw material veneer. Next, 500 of the veneers were laminated between a pair of curved templates with complementary unevenness of 50 mm using a urethane adhesive colored blackish brown. During lamination, 55 1mm-thick Agatis veneers, whose commercial value has decreased due to blue contamination, were laminated with adhesive on the top and bottom of the veneer, and pressed together at a pressure of 20 kg/cm 2 for 10 hours. , a first-order laminated fritsch.
Next, the laminated fritches were prepared to make the desired primary grain pattern appear on the fritted surface, and then that surface was scraped to obtain a 0.6 mm primary decorative veneer.

Next, the first decorative veneer was bonded again with dark brown urethane resin adhesive, and the same template as the first lamination was used for the first lamination frit, with the top and bottom of the veneer reversed. A second lamination was carried out using the same method, and a laminated frit was obtained. Other lamination conditions are the same as those for the first lamination.
