Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a stable measured value rapidly by providing two temperature detecting elements opposite each other at different distances from a surface to be measured, by splitting or amplifying the output of one element, and by subtracting it out of the output of the other element. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd temperature detecting elements 1 and 2 are held on a fitting plate 3 at a short and a long distance from a surface 11 to be measured, thus constituting a sensor part 5. Then, a means of subtracting the divided output of the temperature detecting element 2 from the output of the temperature detecting element 1 or subtracting the output of the temperature detecting element 2 from the amplified output of the temperature detecting element 1 so that a difference between outputs of the temperature detecting elements 1 and 2 is constant, an attenuator 8, and a compensating operator 9 are provided. Thus, an extremely stable measured value is obtained in an extremely short time after the start of measurement.
