The composition of the coating material is 10W20% SiO2, 5W20% TiO2, 15W45% iron powder, 5W30% carbonate (where the total of carbonate such as CaCO3, BaCO3, etc. other than MgCO3 is kept ≤10%), 3W15% metal fluoride, 3W15% deoxidizing metal such as Si, Mn, etc. or further <15% MgO or <5% Al2O3 and <5% powder of Cu, Mo, Ni, Cr alone or their iron alloy are contained.
