At the same time, an error correction circuit 13 designates an address to the memory 11 after confirming by a status signal ST that the circuit is not reading out the data to the memory 11, and introduces the readout data to perform a CRC checking. Then the address is stored in a register 15 when an error is detected, and at the same time the contents of the address where the error is caused is corrected. Thus a correct data is stored in a register 16. After this, the selector 14 supplies the data of the register 16 to the circuit 12.
