Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the structure of the titled mechanism and facilitate the maintenance thereof by a method wherein a piston rod in a cylinder tube is moved in the vertical direction by a rack-and-pinion mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: The central mechanism for vertically moving the upper clamping ring 5 which holds the upper end part of a bladder 3 is comprised of a piston rod 33 which is provided with a rack 34 and placed in the cylinder tube 31 in such a manner that it can be moved freely in the vertical direction, the upper clamping ring 5 connected to the upper part of the rod 33, and a pinion 35. The piston rod 33 is moved vertically by driving the pinion 35, whereby the upper clamping ring 5 is moved vertically. Since no hydraulic mechanisms are used, there is no such problems as sealing, the device is simple in structure and the maintenance thereof is easy.
