Abstract
PURPOSE:To stick a lead wire to a quartz oscillator body tightly by sticking the lead wire and an electrode pad together with a conductive adhesive and by extending the adhesive to a conductive layer on the reverse side of the quartz oscillator and curing it. CONSTITUTION:Parts extending from upper parts of lead wires 81 and 91 stuck on a quartz oscillator 1' to lead-out conductors 4 and 5 on the reverse side through flanks are applied with conductive adhesives 14 and 15, which are cured. The application of those conductive adhesives 14 and 15 completes electric connections between the lead wires 81 and 91 and the lead-out conductors 4 and 5, and the adhesives 14 and 15 are applied surrounding the lead wires 81 and 91 respectively, so that the strength of the sticking of the lead wires 81 and 91 to the quartz oscillator 1' is increased.
