CONSTITUTION:A sensor 12, measuring a distance to a stack 1, driving gear 13, turning and elevation moving said sensor 12, and a detector, detecting elevation and turning positions of the sensor 12, are set to the point end part of a boom 6 of a reclaimer 3. Futher on the basis of these measured value of the distance, sensor position and up-down, turning and travelling positions of the reclaimer 3, contoured shape of the end of the stack is converted into the coordinates, on the basis of these data, an optimum outgo stage and outgo start point are arithmetically decided, there are provided a commanding device 18, outputting a control signal to each device, and a control device 20, controlling each driving gear of up-down, turning and travelling motions of the reclaimer 3 by the control signal and performing positioning of the reclaimer 3.
