CONSTITUTION:A working range for working parts according to the turning angle of a rotator is beforehand set up in an arithmetic controller 6, attitude position signals alpha1, alpha2 and alpha3 of a boom 2, an arm, 3, and a bucket 4 and the turning angle theta of a rotary base 1 are put in the arithmetic controller 6 to compare the attitude signals of working parts with set value, and then ON-OFF signals as working range-indicating signal corresponding to the turning angle theta and a deviation signal delta are outputted to turn ON-OFF the drive controller 8 of the turning base or to output signal S to a warning displayer 7, and a buzzer is sounded. Thus, collison of working parts against the wall of narrow tunnel and also damage to runners due to the overretreat of the working parts can be prevented.
