A first pole 25 is supported with a pivot 26 on the bracket 14, and the toothed part 27 at its tip is engaged with the latch 30. Besides, a pin 28 is provided on the pole 25, and it is engaged with a cam groove 21 of a control handle 19. A second pole 39 is fixed with a pivot 40 at the other end of the intermediate bracket 16, a flange 41 at one end of a pole 39 is engaged with a boss 42 on the bracket 14, and an engaging groove 44 is engaged with an engaging pin 43 respectively.
