Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the remaining of air bubble when conductors being wound around with an insulator are to be heated with pressure in the press mold by a method wherein a noncompressible and deformable material is provided at the respective corner parts of the mold and compressive force is also applied to the insulator positioning at the corner parts. CONSTITUTION:In the press mold to perform the heat press after the insulator 2 is wound around the conductors 1, the noncompressible and deformable member 15- 18, for example, rubber, etc., are arranged at the respective corner parts 11-14 being formed with the mold faces 3-6 to come in contact with the insulator 2. Accordingly, because the pressure is also applied to the insulator 2 corresponding to the respective corner parts, the air bubble is not remained, and the reduction of mechanical strength and the deterioration of dielectric characteristic can be prevented.
