Bubbles 5 formed by aerating sanitary sewage rise, contact to defoaming agent 4 in container 3, and disappear. Thus, the water surface is not covered with bubbles, and no bubbles go over plate 2 and mix into treated water when bubbles burst, preventing the quality of treated water from deteriorating.
