Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively remove the foam covered the upper face of dirty water and to strengthen the atmospheric exposure action, by floating wide-mouthed vessel opened the upper face filled with the defoaming agent in it, on the dirty water surface in the atmospheric exposure room.

CONSTITUTION: The vessel 2 put in the defoaming agent, is floated on the dirty water surface providing the bladder 2b with wide-mouthed thin box 2 or forming the vessel 2 itself by the floating body 2c made of foaming PS. The vessel 2 is floated on the dirty water surface and is moved to much foaming place. When foam is produced on the dirty water surface by the exposure action and the surface is covered by the foam and then, the above foam is invaded in the vessel 2 directly, a part of the foam is contacted with silicone group defoaming agent in the vessel 2 and the defoaming agent is spread over the foamed surface immediately and then, the foam neighboring the vessel 2 is let to disappear. Accordingly, the foam is not risen up the upper part of the vessel 2 so far as the defoaming agent is let to exisit and foaming in the room 1 is repressed on the water surface and then, the foam transfer to the preciptation room 3 is prevented. Moreover, contamination of discharged place is prevented by discharging the foam surface SS forward.
