Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce clock noise components, by providing an inductance between the gate and the drain and between the gate and the source of an FET and by resonating the capacity between them to the inductance in parallel to cancel this capacity. CONSTITUTION:FET7 is inserted between solid image pickup device 3 and the preamplifier, and the signal of a prescribed frequency is input to the gate of FET7 from pulse oscillator 8 to turn on FET7 and read out the constant-current signal source only when the pulse is input. Further, coil 9 is connected between the gate and the drain and between the gate and the source of FET7 and is resonated to capacity C1 in parallel. The circuit is controlled to have a sufficiently high impedance for the double frequency of the power source at the resonance time of the parallel resonance circuit, and clock noise is made constant-current equivalently at the view from the preamplifier side.
