Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the ability of image interference elimination, by using a 1/4 wavelength microstrip line coupling type interdigital DC block circuit as a DC block circuit. CONSTITUTION:An input matching circuit 5 and an output matching circuit 8 are respectively connected to a gate 3 and a drain 4 of an FET1. On the other hand, the circuit 5, 8 are connected to an input circuit 7 or an output circuit 10 via 1/4 wevelength microstrip line coupling type interdigital DC blocking circuits 13, 14. Further, by selecting the size of the circuits 13, 14, so that the signal frequency band of the amplifier consisting of FET1 is in coincidence with the end of pass band of the circuits 13, 14, the ability of image interference elimination can be increased.
