Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve working efficiency and to save cost of aquipment in building a marine airport etc. by a method wherein floating elements difficult to float stably when separated are hung down by turn on the surface of the sea, the bottom of the floating element is pulled by compound pulleys toward the sea bottom anchor and is combined with its neighboring floating elements on the same surface.
