Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A foundation 1 and anchor bolts 2 are located on the bottom of the sea. A framework 5, which consists of 4 legs and a transverse beam 7, is placed on the foundation 1. A simple crave device 14, which hangs down a submarine observation chamber 12 through the working of a winch device 24, is then hung up by means of a crane ship 13 and is moved to the central part of the framework 5 to place the simple crane device on a transverse beam 9 of the framework 5. The simple crane device 14 hangs down the submarine observation chamber 12 onto the foundation 1.
