Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce voltage applied to capacitors formed between a plurality of high voltage windings and low voltage windings provided corresponding thereto by connecting them in series. CONSTITUTION:High voltage electrodes 14U and 14V and low voltage electrodes 15U and 15V are separately wrapped between a high voltage winding 12U and a low voltage winding U and between a high voltage winding 12V and a low voltage winding 13V all wound around a legs of an iron core 11 as grasped with respective insulators 17U, 16U and 18U and 17V, 16V and 18V. The windings 12U and 12V are separately connected in series to the windings 13U and 13V. Therefore, when the terminals U2 and V2 of the high voltage windings are connected, a terminal U of the winding 12U is connected to a terminal Uc1 of the electrode 14. Capacitors are connected in series by connecting a terminal Uc2 of the electrode 15U and a terminal Vc1 of the electrode 14V. Such series connection of the capacitors can reduce the voltage applied between the electrode of the capacitors thereby improving the insulation performance of a dielectric layer forming the capacitors.
