Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent tips of inner leads from deformation by mutually connecting and supporting inner leads inside tie-bars. CONSTITUTION:Connecting sections 11 are provided to tips of inner leads other than tie-bars 6 which are provided at the boundary between outer leads 4 and the inner leads 8. The tips of the leads, therere, become stronger, thus increasing successful connecting rate of gold wires to the tip of the leads and their conbining strength. An accident that the connected sections separate during resin molding is prevented.
