Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to repeat the stabilized processing by controlling an objective mean processing current, by means of controlling the length tauon of a pulse line, while a pulselength tauon.s of a short processing unit and a pulse recurrence interval tauoff.s are kept at constants without controlling. CONSTITUTION:A pluse is exerted on the processing interval formed by means of facing an electrode 1 for processing and a body 2 for to be processed, by ON or OFF of a switch 4 from an electric source 3. The unit pluse having a pulse length tauon.s and a pulse recurrence interval tauoff.s set by an oscillator 5, is generated, and a constant pulse line is continued to be generated. When rhe pulse line of a time length tauon may be generated by means of being stopped by the pulse by the oscillator 6 in said unit pulse, the quiescent time is present by the stopping of the recurrence interval tauoff, and the pulse line of the length is again continued, and the good electrical discharge is effected by means of repeating this.
