Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent seizure, fouling, etc. on the sliding face by providing a libricant packed chamber nonreactive with synthetic resin behind the mixing chamber of a synthetic resin mixing device and allowing the lubricant to flow out onto the sliding face for a piston and inside wall of the mixing chamber through piston movement. CONSTITUTION:A chamber 30 is provided intermediately between a mixing chamber 10 and a cylinder device 50 at the rear thereof, and a lubricant L like dioctyl phthalate which is not reactive with polyurethane resins A, B is packed therein. Since a piston rod 55 driven by the cylinder device 50 reciprocates in the lubricant L in the chmaber 30, the liburicant L sticking on the surface of piston rod 55 is fed into the mixing chamber 10 in sequence after reciprocating motion of the piston rod 55 and thus the sliding face for piston 20 and inside wall of the mixing chamber 10 is libricated. The lubricant L is mixed in resins A, B in the mixing chamber 10, however, an influence will scarcely be exerted upon reactive molding for its being nonreactive and very little in mixing degree.
