Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The electric signal, proportional to a stopping time of the turbine measured by a stopping time measuring equipment 1, is fed to a function selector 2, here being processed a function selection in accordance with a stopping time, with a valve opening degree limiting function generated from a function generator 3. A valve opening degree command generator 4 receives a control signal and manually operating signal from a higher rank controller to output a valve opening degree command, simultaneously with a detection made for whether the above described signal be constant or not to give an ON.OFF signal to the function generator 3. The valve opening degree command value, being compared with a turbine speed, detected by a speed detector 5, by an adder 6, with its deviation amplified by an amplifier 7, is fed to a minimum value selecting circuit 8, and when the valve opening degree limiting signal is bigger, a signal is transmitted to an electric-hydraulic switching converter 9.
