Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The detecting signals A of an air-fuel-ratio sensor 10 that high- frequency components are removed and amplified by means of an amplification circuit 20 are guided to a discriminating circuit 30. In the circuit 30, the signals A are delayed by means of a condenser 304, a comparison level of a terminal B and the signals A are comparison discriminated and signals C are put out. When the output signals C of the circuit 30 are at high levels (not less than fixed air fuel ratio), the pulse time width of the output pulse signals F of a comparison circuit 50B of a pulse generating circuit becomes longer and the output of an integration circuit 60 continuously lowers because a period that the output of the circuit 30 puts out high levels becomes longer and the output D of an integrator 40 rises on the average, and air fuel ratio is continually enlarged by means of an air-fuel-ratio control means, thus controlling this device so that air fuel ratio reach fixed value.
