Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the impedance of differential alternating signal of the communication path and to avoid attenuation of the communication signal, by providing a pair of differential input operational amplifiers with the communication current supply circuit and connecting the first input terminals of the amplifier with a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A pair of telephone lines are connected to the terminals 1, 2, and ground, -48V cell are connected respectively to the terminals 3, 4. If a DC load is present between the terminals 1 and 2, the circuit between the terminals 3, 1 and 2, 4 plays as a constant current supply circuit, which supplies current to the DC load via transistors 9, 10. To the differential alternating signal between the terminals 1 and 2, the capacitor 21 and the resistors around it operate as a low pass filter, and no alternating signal is fed to the + side input of the operational amplifiers 15 and 16. Accordingly, no alternating signal is flowed to the transistors 9, 10, causing very high impedance in AC manner between the terminals 1, 3 and 2, 4.
