PURPOSE:To improve the characteristics such as distortion factor by feeding back from the output terminal of the 2nd differential amplifier to the input side of the first differential amplifier, in an amplifier connecting a load between the output terminals of two differential amplifiers. CONSTITUTION:The audio signal fed to a signal input terminal (j) is fed to the inverting input terminal of the 1st differential amplifier 1A. Next, the audio signal of inverted phase obtained at the output terminal (f) is fed to the inverting input terminal (h) of the 2nd differential amplifier 2B via a resistor R8. Since a resistor R9 having equal resistance value R8 is connected between the input terminal (h) and the output terminal (i) of the differential amplifier 2B, the audio signal having the inverted phase and the same amplitude as the audio signal at the output terminal (f) is obtained at the output terminal (i). Negative feedback is made with the feedback resistor R6 between the output terminal (i) and the noninverting input terminal (d) of the 1st differential amplifier 1A, and with the input resistor R5 between the input terminal (d) and ground potential, to obtain the audio signal improved in the characteristics such as distortion factor across the speaker 3C connected between the output terminals (f) and (i) of the two differential amplifiers.
