For the amplifier AMP, a series circuit consisting of a capacitor C4 for DC cut and an operational resistance Rs is provided in the input side of an operational amplifier OA where the middle-point voltage VCOM is the reference potential, and a feedback resistance Rf is provided. The impedance of the capacitor C4 is sufficiently smaller than the resistance Rs in a center frequency two of the filter.
