Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an uniform and thick perforated product easily by the procedure in which a base plate is etched by using as anticorrosive film patterned different metal layers formed on the both sides of the base metal plate in order to form perforated holes and then the whole surfaces of the base metal plate are subjected to plating.
CONSTITUTION: The photosensitive resin films 6 and 6' are formed on the both sides of the metal base plate 5 and then the resistopatterns 7 and 7' are further provided on the both sides by making a pattern light exposure. Then, the first plating layers 8 and 8' of a metal different from the base plate 5 are formed on the exposed surfaces of the base plate 5, without the resistopatterns 7 and 7', and then the resistopatterns 7 and 7' are removed by dissolution. Then, the base plate is etched by using the first plating layers 8 and 8' as anticorrosive films to form the opening 9, and then the whole surface is provided with the second plating layer 10 by an electric plating method to cover the base plate 5 and the first plating layers 8 and 8' and at the same time to cover the inside surface of the opening 9 formed by etching.
