Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve flammablity by providing an expansion room downstream an air bypass, with which a distributuon passage communicates an intake passage.
CONSTITUTION: An expansion room 4 provided downsteam an air bypass 3 is communicated with intake passages 1, 2 by small-diameter distribution passages 5, 6. The air bypass 3 opens vertically to the bottom of the expansion room 4. Air regulated by a bypass adjust screw 11 is mixed with idling fuel regulated by an idle adjust screw 10, flowing down through the air bypass 3 into the expansion room 4 to rush against the bottom 4a. The rushing promotes the mixing to keep the mixture at uniform air-fuel ratio. Uniform air-fuel mixture is supplied into the intake passages 1, 2 through distribution passages 5, 6 so that combustion variation caused by fuel variation in amount can be prevented.
