Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 代謝物濃度が患者の血液の血漿水の代謝物濃度と同じである平衡化透析物 試料を得る方法であって、 透析器への透析物流を停止し、その間、血液ポンプを動かし、患者の血液から の限外濾過を行う工程; 部分的平衡化後、該透析物中の代謝物の濃度を最初に測定して、濃度が測定さ れている第1試料を得る工程; 特定の時間が経った後に該透析物の代謝物濃度を測定して濃度が測定されてい る第2試料を得る工程; 第2試料中の代謝物濃度を第1試料中の濃度と比較する工程;および 二つの連続する試料の差異が特定された量よりも少なくなるまでサンプリング を続ける工程、を包含する方法。 2. 前記代謝物が尿素である請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 透析装置による血液透析を受ける患者のための相互区画移動係数を自動的 に得る方法であって、 a)透析器への透析物流を停止し、その間、血液ポンプを動かし、患者の血液 の限外濾過を行う工程;b)部分的平衡化後、該透析物中の代謝物の濃度を最初 に測定して、濃度が測定されている第1試料を得る工程;c)特定の時間が経っ た後に該透析物の代謝物濃度を測定して濃度が測定されている第2試料を得る工 程;d)第2試料中の代謝物濃度を第1試料中の濃度と比較する工程;およびe) 二つの連続する試料の差異が特定された量よりも少なくなるまでサンプリングを 続ける工程、によって平行思料を得る工程; 血液ポンプおよび透析装置をバイパスで走らせ続け、そして規則的な間隔で平 衡化させた試料を採取する工程; 患者血液中の代謝物濃度の該測定値からの変化速度を測定し、その間血液透析 処置を止める工程;および 患者血液中の代謝物濃度の該変化速度から細胞外および細胞内体積(Rv)の比 率を決定する工程、を包含する方法。 4. 前記代謝物が尿素である請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 透析中に時間的な間隔をもって代謝物の血液濃度(Cbew)を測定する工程 ;および得られた平衡試料および非直線適合技術を用いて血液濃度(Cbew)測定 値からのKIを決定する工程、をさらに包含する請求項3に記載の方法。 6. 透析中に時間的な間隔をもって代謝物の血液濃度(Cbew)を測定する工程 ;および得られた平衡試料および非直線適合技術を用いる血液濃度(Cbew)測定 値から患者の細胞内および細胞外の体積を決定する工程、をさらに包含する請求 項3に記載の方法。 7. K/Vの比率がいったん知られたらKとVを分離させる前操作平衡試料を得る 工程、をさらに包含する請求項3に記載の方法。 8. Kの予測値を得るために中間操作平衡試料を得る工程、をさらに包含する 請求項3に記載の方法。 9. 血液透析を受ける患者のために患者の血液に対して透析物の平衡化を行う 装置であって、 透析物流を受け取るために透析装置に接続するための第1手段; 装置を透析カートリッジに接続し、該透析装置からの透析物の流れを透析カー トリッジに向けさせる第1手段; 透析カートリッジに接続し、該透析カートリッジからの透析物を受け取るため の第1手段; 該透析装置に接続させ、透析物の流れを該透析装置に向けさせるための第2手 段;および 二つの位置の間で選択的に実現可能なパイパス手段であって、第1の位置は、 透析物の流れが該透析器から、該透析カートリッジを通り該透析装置に戻る位置 であり、第2の位置は、透析物の流れが該透析カートリッジから止められて該透 析装置に戻る位置である、バイパス手段、を有する装置。 10. 該バイパス装置が該第2位置にあるときに該透析装置からの透析物の流 れを測定するための流れ測定手段をさらに有する請求項9に記載の装置。 11. 装置を透析装置に設置するための設置手段をさらに有する請求項9に記 載の装置。 12. 該バイパス手段がソレノイドバルブを有する請求項9に記載の装置。
