Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. パルスジェネレータ(1)と協働する能動的センサー要素(2)を有し、 前記パルスジェネレータは、その運動によって少なくとも2つのフィールド感知 部品(3、4)を介して検出される電磁気的フィールドに影響を与え、前記セン サー要素(2)は、前記フィールド感知部品(3、4)が検出するフィールド強 度が等しいか異なっているかに関するデータを有する2進化信号(dS)を生成 し、 前記センサー要素(2)が絶対的フィールド強度を測定するために切り換え可 能なことを特徴とする運動検出装置。 2. 前記切り換えは、限定された時間間隔のために成されることを特徴とする 請求項1記載の運動検出装置。 3. 前記時間間隔は、供給電圧が与えられているとき常に開始することを特徴 とする請求項2記載の運動検出装置。 4. 前記時間間隔は、規定された時間周期で生ずることを特徴とする請求項2 または3記載の運動検出装置。 5. 前記フィールド感知部品(3、4)の一部分のみが絶対的フィールド強度 を測定するために使用されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか1項記 載の運動検出装置。 6. 前記絶対的フィールド強度の測定に使用される前記部品(3、4)が、直 列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5いずれか1項記載の運動 検出装置。 7. 前記絶対的フィールド強度の測定に使用される前記部品(3、4)が、並 列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5いずれか1項記載の運動 検出装置。 8. 測定された絶対的フィールド強度がセンサー要素(2)の位置の許容し得 ない差を示した場合、フィードバックが制御装置に送られることを特徴とする請 求項1ないし7いずれか1項記載の運動検出装置。
