BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention secures a smooth writing performance by utilizing the fact that the tip of a writing portion, which is a writing portion, is less pressed by a spring held in a holder than the writing pressure required for writing. In addition, the present invention relates to ballpoint pens that are designed to improve impact resistance, prevent ink dry-up, and prevent ink from moving backward by using a ball as a valve during non-writing.

2. Description of the Related Art In a general ball-point pen, a gap for allowing ink necessary for writing to flow out is appropriately provided around a ball which is a writing portion. Therefore, the ink evaporates from the gaps, vibrates during transportation, falls during printing, air oxidation deterioration of the ink due to long-term storage, ink leakage occurs due to leakage or air entry, and the writing section is used for a long time with a pen stand at the store. When stored upward (hereinafter referred to as "upward"), an accident such as an ink drop in which ink drops axially backward is often seen. Conventionally, in order to solve these problems, application proposals of the invention in which a spring is provided inside a tip which is seen with a writing implement type correction liquid or the like (Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open Nos. 55-172104 and 57-193).
No. 578). The spring that presses the tip ball is extremely weak (about 2 to 20 g).
However, if the spring portion and the straight portion have a burred portion with respect to the chip inner hole, the performance is not exhibited. Therefore, the inner hole of the chip has a shape with as little step as possible, and an acute angle taper or burr that does not form a step so that the straight part is inserted into the center hole of the holder without interference and a small pressing force acts on the tip ball. It is necessary to consider a receiving seat having a depth that does not reach the rear end of the center hole so as not to cause the influence of the above. In addition, it is necessary that a spring is incorporated in the inner hole of the chip so that the rear end of the spring cannot be pulled out without being deformed. It is difficult to form a chip that satisfies the above conditions in terms of processing accuracy, and there is a problem of cost increase due to stabilization of quality and reduction in productivity.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to improve a ballpoint pen mainly using a low-viscosity ink, and to prevent dry-up due to evaporation of the ink without alienating smooth writing at the time of writing. In addition, the performance of the ballpoint pen has been improved to prevent ink leakage due to impact during dropping or transportation, and to prevent ink dropping due to inflow of air when stored at stores over a long period of time. This makes it possible to provide an inexpensive ballpoint pen that is easier to manufacture than technology.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a ball-point pen with a built-in spring of the present invention presses a tip ball, which is a writing portion, with a spring very weakly. It is configured so that it can be moved to secure a flow path of ink necessary for writing and good writing can be performed similarly to a general ballpoint pen. The tip is formed by press-fitting a holder holding the tip ball and a tip joint which makes the rear end of the spring abut and cannot be pulled out. Therefore, the processing accuracy of the chip as described above is facilitated, and the spring is easily built in so that it cannot be pulled out, the quality is stabilized, and the total cost of chip formation is reduced. Also, since the tip ball is as small as φ0.5 to φ1.2, the inner diameter of the holder is the smallest at 0.2φ.
Since the diameter of the spring is about 0.9, the wire diameter of the spring is set to about 0.1 to 0.2 to form a straight portion in which the vicinity of the ball contact portion is substantially straight. Further, a receiving seat having a required number of grooves having a depth not reaching the rear end of the center hole is provided on the outer periphery of the front end of the center hole of the holder holding the tip ball, and an inner portion enlarged from the rear end of the center hole. By connecting the required portion of the inner hole joining step which expands on the step toward the rear end of the holder with the joining step of the hole, a substantially central angle is connected by a taper of 90 ° or less,
When the spring is inserted, its tip is prevented from being caught in the step of the inner hole, the step of the center hole or the groove of the receiving seat. Further, the rear end of the spring is inserted into the tip joint in a contact state, and a straight portion that abuts on the tip ball at the tip of the spring, a winding portion toward the rear from the rear end of the straight portion, and A bent end portion toward the center is provided at the rear end of the winding portion, and a tapered or spherical ball receiving seat and a guide hole are provided behind the rear end of the spring in the tip joint inner hole, and the bent end portion and the ball are provided. A ball valve is loosely fitted between the receiving seats, and a guide hole is provided in communication with the rear end opening of the tip joint. An ink storage tube is provided.

In this ball-point pen, the ink 9 has a low-viscosity oil-based ball-point pen ink or has a statically high viscosity. When the tip ball 3 is rotated during writing, the viscosity of the ink decreases and the ink flows out smoothly. The ink is filled with a so-called medium viscosity ink having a shear thinning property, and a follower 10 for preventing the ink from volatilizing and preventing the ink from flowing out, and for improving the stability with time and the drop resistance, Is constituted.

Further, the holder 2 is provided with a receiving seat 2c having a required number of grooves having a depth not reaching the rear end of the center hole 2e at the outer periphery of the center hole 2e holding the end ball 3 and the center hole 2e.
The joint step of the inner hole expanded from the rear end and the inner joint (expanded in the processing of the inner hole) expanding on the step toward the rear end of the holder 2 are connected by a taper having a central angle of about 90 ° or less. I have. Therefore, the problem that the front end surface of the straight portion 5a is caught on the inner surface of the holder when the spring 5 is inserted is prevented.

The operation of the present invention will be described. The tip ball 3 which is a writing part is spherical, and when the tip ball 3 is pressed from behind by the spring 5 by the holding portion 2d of the holder 2, the valve is closed and the outside air and the inside of the ballpoint pen are closed. Can be expected to prevent dry-up due to volatilization of the ink 9, prevent air from entering due to a shock or drop, prevent leakage of the ink 9, prevent ink from being deteriorated near the pen tip by air, and the like. .

g. Since the set pressing force of the spring 5 for pressing the tip ball 1 of the present invention is set to 2 g to 100 g, preferably 5 g to 20 g, the valve mechanism by the tip ball 3 and the holding portion 2 d is pushed and spread at the time of actual writing. In this state, the ink 9 flows out like a normal ballpoint pen, and writing is possible.

A ball valve 6 which can prevent air entrapment and ink backflow when writing upwards and a backflow prevention mechanism having a valve structure are provided. The ball valve 6 is turned upward and the ball valve 6 is closely contacted with the ball receiving seat 4c. This prevents the movement of the ink 9, but the safety is further improved by using air entrainment and ink movement together with the valve mechanism (pressing the spring) of the writing section when not writing upwards and not writing. In particular, the present invention effectively improves the performance of the backflow prevention mechanism in a so-called medium-viscosity ballpoint pen using a shear-thinning ink in which the ink easily moves.

The configuration and operation of the ballpoint pen of the present invention are as described above, and the performance at the time of writing is not affected at all by the spring built in the tip and the valve mechanism of the tip ball which is the writing portion. It is possible to greatly improve the ink dry-up prevention performance, the drop impact resistance, the ink drop resistance, and the ink leakage resistance when writing is not performed, and the ballpoint pen is released from the paper after writing is completed The effect can be expected from the moment. Further, by forming the chip with two parts, the holder and the cylindrical portion, the processing accuracy and productivity of the chip are improved and the cost is reduced. Further, in the present invention, since the ink backflow prevention mechanism is housed in the chip 1, the outer dimensions of the tip of a general oil-based ballpoint pen which does not require the ink backflow prevention mechanism are made the same, and the shaft joint and the ink storage tube are shared. Thus, productivity can be improved.
