軸からなる巻芯部の周りにロール状に巻取られている連
続紙を取外すためにガイド板同士を離反する方向へ引っ
張ったときに、内周側嵌合軸の軸方向の長さ寸法が外周
側嵌合軸の軸方向の長さ寸法より短いので、僅かな引っ
張り寸法で外周側嵌合軸と内周側嵌合軸との嵌合を解除
することができ、この解除作業を容易に行うことができ
る。そして、外周側嵌合軸と内周側嵌合軸との嵌合が解
除されると、2つのガイド板は外周側嵌合軸同士が近接
する方向へ移動自在となるため、外周側嵌合軸の外周面
に作用していた連続紙の圧接力がなくなり、ガイド板同
士を簡単に大きく離反させることができる。ガイド板同
士を大きく離反させると、連続紙はいずれか一方のガイ
ド板に設けられている外周側嵌合軸と内周側嵌合軸との
周りに緩く巻取られた状態となる。しかも、内周側嵌合
軸の軸方向の長さ寸法が外周側嵌合軸の軸方向の長さ寸
法より短いので、ガイド板同士を大きく離反させたとき
に、内周側嵌合軸の先端側には空きスペースができ、こ
の空きスペースに指を入れてロール状に巻取られた連続
紙をその外周側と内周側とから把持することができる。
従って、巻取ロールからの連続紙の取外しを容易に行う
ことができる。

In addition, since the axial length of the inner fitting shaft is shorter than the axial length of the outer fitting shaft, when the guide plates are largely separated from each other, the inner fitting shaft becomes smaller. An empty space is formed on the leading end side, and a continuous paper wound in a roll shape by inserting a finger into the empty space can be gripped from the outer peripheral side and the inner peripheral side.
Accordingly, it is possible to easily remove the continuous paper from the winding roll.

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 一対の円板状のガイド板の間に巻芯部を
有し、この巻芯部を中心として回転駆動されることによ
り前記巻芯部の周りに連続紙を巻取る巻取リールにおい
て、前記一対のガイド板のそれぞれにその片面の略中央
部にその面から垂直に突出する外周側嵌合軸と内周側嵌
合軸とを設け、前記内周側嵌合軸の軸方向の長さ寸法を
前記外周側嵌合軸の軸方向の長さ寸法より短く形成し、
一方の前記ガイド板に設けられている前記外周側嵌合軸
と他方の前記ガイド板に設けられている前記内周側嵌合
軸とを軸方向に係脱自在に嵌合させ、かつ、一方の前記
ガイド板に設けられている前記内周側嵌合軸と他方の前
記ガイド板に設けられている前記外周側嵌合軸とを軸方
向に係脱自在に嵌合させて二本の巻取軸とすることで一
対の前記ガイド板の間に前記巻芯部を形成したことを特
徴とする巻取リール。
