<Prior art> As is well known, toilet paper, wraps,
When manufacturing aluminum foil, etc., a large diameter roll is used as the base material, and a specified length is wound onto a cylindrical core made of cardboard or the like. Therefore, when attaching the core to the winding device,
Fit the core onto the core mounting shaft, attach a collar member having an end surface with a larger diameter than the core to both ends of the core mounting shaft to support each end of the core, and attach the collar member to the core mounting shaft with screws or pins. By fixing the core to the core mounting shaft, the core and the core mounting shaft are integrated. Then, the core mounting shaft with the core fitted thereon is set in the winding device, and the device is driven to wind the base material of a specified length around the core into a roll shape, and then the core mounting shaft is removed from the device. Loosen the screws and pins to remove the collar member from the core mounting shaft, remove the rolled roll from the core mounting shaft, fit a new core onto the core mounting shaft, and use the collar member to attach each core again. The end is supported and fixed to the core mounting shaft with screws or pins. Then, the core mounting shaft to which this core is fixed is again set in the winding device.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> Therefore, in order to attach the core to the core attachment shaft in a conventional winding device, the collar member must be fixed to the core attachment shaft each time with screws or pins. Furthermore, when removing the core after winding, the core must be removed by loosening the screws and pins and removing the collar member before the core can be attached or removed. Therefore, attaching and detaching the core takes time and labor, resulting in poor work efficiency.

In addition, during the process of winding up the base material, the core is pressed by the pressure roller and the end of the core bites into the collar member, deforming or damaging the end of the core. There is a waste of cutting and removing.

The support shaft portion 2 into which the cylindrical core a is fitted has an outer diameter approximately equal to the inner diameter of the core a, and the lengths of the core a and the support shaft portion 2 are approximately equal. A stopper portion 3 having a larger diameter than the support shaft portion 2 is provided at one end of the support shaft portion 2.
The inner end surface of the stopper part 3 is used as the locking step part 6 of the core a. Further, a boss portion 8 is provided protruding from the center of the outer end surface 7 of the stopper portion 3 for setting the core mounting shaft 1 on a winding device (not shown). On the other hand, a receiving shaft portion 4 is extended from the other end of the support shaft portion 2 . According to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, this receiving shaft portion 4 has a smaller diameter than the support shaft portion 2.

The receiving shaft portion 4 and the cap portion 5 include:
In order to prevent the cap part 5 from idling with respect to the receiving shaft part 4, an idling prevention mechanism 12 consisting of a concave-convex fitting means is provided. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the idle rotation prevention mechanism 12 includes a protrusion 13 protruding from the outer surface of the base end of the receiving shaft portion 4.
and a fitting groove 14 opened along the axial direction from the open end surface 9 of the cap portion 5 toward the closed end surface 10. In this case, the protrusion 13 is formed so as not to exceed the outer diameter of the support shaft portion 2. Further, a plurality of protrusions 13 and fitting grooves 14 may be provided radially. Further, the uneven fitting means constituting the idle rotation prevention mechanism 12 is not limited to the projection 13 and the fitting groove 14, but the receiving shaft portion 4 is formed into a spline shaft, and the inner surface of the cap portion is formed with splines. A groove may be provided, or the receiving shaft portion 4 may be formed into a D-shaft having a D-shaped cross section, and a flat portion may be provided on a part of the inner surface of the cap portion 5.

In order to attach the core a to the core attachment shaft 1 as described above and wind up toilet paper, for example, first insert the cylindrical core a, which is the core of the toilet paper, from the receiving shaft 4 side to the support shaft. 2, core a
One end edge b is brought into contact with the locking step 6 of the stopper part 3, the cap part 5 is fitted into the receiving shaft part 4, and the protrusion 13 of the receiving shaft part 4 is fitted into the fitting groove 14 of the cap part 5. Then, the open end surface 9 of the cap portion 5 is brought into contact with the other end edge c of the core a. If the core mounting shaft 1 in this state is supported on the winding device by the boss portion 8 provided on the outer end surface 7 of the stopper portion 3 and the boss portion 11 provided on the closed end surface 10 of the cap portion 5, the stopper portion 3 Since the cap part 5 and the cap part 5 are slightly pressed inward, the core a is supported by the locking step part 6 of the stopper part 3 and the open end surface 9 of the cap part 5. If the core mounting shaft 1 is rotated by a rotary drive roller or the like that is pressed against the core mounting shaft 1 or the core a, toilet paper or the like can be wound around the core a. At this time, since the idling prevention mechanism 12 is provided, the cap part 5 does not freely rotate with respect to the bearing shaft part 4, and the end edge c of the core a becomes the open end face 9 due to the idling of the cap part 5. It won't get scratched or damaged.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the core mounting shaft 1 according to the present invention, in which a receiving shaft portion 4 extending from the end of the supporting shaft portion 2 is formed to have the same diameter as the supporting shaft portion 2. However, the idle rotation prevention mechanism 12 is constituted by a locking groove 15 provided at the tip of the receiving shaft portion 4 and a protruding portion 17 provided at the rear end inner surface 16 of the cap portion 5. Locking groove 15
is opened in the distal end surface 18 of the receiving shaft portion 4 and extends in the direction of the supporting shaft portion 2. A protruding portion 17 corresponding to this locking groove 15 is formed on an open end surface 9 on a rear end inner surface 16 of the cap portion 5.
It is protruded in the direction. According to this embodiment, the formation of the bearing shaft portion 4 and the idle rotation prevention mechanism 12 is simple, and the idle rotation prevention mechanism 12 does not protrude from the bearing shaft portion 4.
The core a can be easily attached to the support shaft portion 2 without the idle rotation prevention mechanism 12 getting in the way, and work efficiency is further improved. Note that in FIG. 3, unexplained symbols have the same construction as the same symbols in the embodiments of FIGS. 1 and 2 described above, so their explanation will be omitted.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but in short, the core a can be supported by the stopper part 3 and the cap part 5, and the idle rotation prevention mechanism 1
2, it is sufficient that the cap portion 5 can rotate together with the support shaft portion 2.

<Effect of the invention> According to the core mounting shaft according to the invention, since the core is supported by the locking step of the stopper part and the open end surface of the cap part, only a portion of the end of the core is pressed during winding. It will not be deformed or damaged. Furthermore, the free rotation prevention mechanism consisting of the concave-convex fitting means allows the receiving shaft part and the cap part to rotate together without any slippage, so that the core etc. are not twisted during winding. Therefore, there is no need to cut off the end of the roll after winding and discard the deformed and damaged portion, and the entire length of the roll can be effectively used, resulting in no waste, which is highly economical. In addition, products such as toilet paper rolled up using the core-mounted shaft of the present invention have high commercial value because their edges are not damaged.

Furthermore, the core mounting shaft according to the present invention does not require fixing screws or pins to support the core on the mounting shaft, and the core mounting shaft can be removed from the winding device.
Since the core can be attached and detached simply by attaching and detaching the cap, core replacement is extremely easy, work efficiency is significantly improved, and an inexpensive product can be provided.
