- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.羊毛を、過酸化水素及び一過硫酸又はその塩の両者で同時に処理すること を特徴とする防縮性を与えるように羊毛を処理する方法。 2.更に羊毛に重合体処理を受けさせる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.重合体が下記構造式の一つを有する重合体又はプレポリマーである請求項 2記載の方法。 (i) J[N(R1)n]r 又は (ii) 又は (iii) {K}x―{B}y-K 式中Jは多官能性ポリエーテルから誘導される残基を表わす; Kは式 Z−{[A]m―N(R1)n}r (I) 又は J[N(R1)n]r (II) のプレポリマーの部分反応から誘導される一官能性又は多官能性残基を表わす: 即ちそれは下記式 を表わす; Bは首記化合物の親アミン[R1が全ての場合において水素である式(1)] 及び多官能性反応性基の間の二又は多官能性反応によって作られる残基である; Zはポリオールの残基を表わす; Aはポリアルキレンオキサイド残基を表わす; R1はホルムアルデヒドの一官能性反応から誘導されるメチロール基又はエピ ハロヒドリン、アルキルもしくはアルキルアリールポリハライドの一官能性反応 から誘導される残基の如き繊維反応性基を表わす、又はアルキル、ヒドロキシア ルキル又は水素である、但しポリオキシアルキレンアミン残基1個について少な くとも一つのR1、そして好ましくは各窒素原子に対して少なくとも一つが残存 繊維反応性基を保有する; mは4〜50である; nは2又は3である、但しnが3であるとき、含まれる窒素原子は見掛けの正 電荷も担持する; pは1又は2である、但しpが2であるとき、含まれる窒素原子は見掛けの正 電荷も担持する; rは基Zの官能価に等しい; tは残基Bの反応の官能価を表す数である; sは1及びr−1の間の数である; xは2〜30である; 但し、与えられた構造中の個々の基Z、A、B、R、J又はKの意義は、同じ 式中の他のかかる基の意義によって示されてはならず、更に構造中の見掛けの正 電荷が存在する場合には、適切な対イオンが存在する。 4.羊毛が2種以上の重合体の混合物で処理される請求の範囲第2項記載の方 法。 5.重合体の一つが請求の範囲第3項記載のものである請求の範囲第4項記載 の方法。 6.羊毛繊維に適用する重合体固形分の全量が0.05〜2.0重量%である 請求の範囲2〜5の何れか1項記載の方法。 7.重合体を、残存過酸化物化合物及び/又は羊毛の酸性度を中和する前に適 用する請求の範囲第2項〜第6項の何れか1項記載の方法。 8.過酸化水素及び一過硫酸を、羊毛に適用する直前に一緒に混合する請求の 範囲第1項〜第7項の何れか1項記載の方法。 9.過酸化水素を、乾燥羊毛の重量を基準にして0.005〜2重量%の量で 使用する請求の範囲第1項〜第8項の何れか1項記載の方法。 10.一過硫酸を、乾燥羊毛の重量を基準にして0.1〜6.0重量%の量で使 用する請求の範囲第1項〜第9項の何れか1項記載の方法。 11.処理を、1lについて0.5〜200gの濃度での 電解質の存在下に行う請求の範囲第1項〜第10項の何れか1項記載の方法。 12.処理を、過酸化物触媒の存在下に行う請求項1〜11の何れか1項記載の 方法。 13.連続処理として行う請求項1〜12の何れか1項記載の方法。 14.回分処理として行う請求項1〜12の何れか1項記載の方法。
