Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce weight and to perform stable stacking of a plurality of tracks by a method wherein the casters of an upper track are fitted in between the partition walls of the caster fitting-in recessed parts of a lower track. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of reinforcing ribs 4 are longitudinally and laterally formed on the back of a track frame 2 and a caster comprises casters 3a-3b attached to the four corners of the track frame 2; and a caster 3e attached in a slightly levitating state to a central part. Caster fitting-in recessed parts 13 are formed in portions, corresponding to the positions of the casters 3a-3e, of the upper surface of the memory track frame 2. The casters 3a-3e of other track are fitted therein and a plurality of tracks 1 are freely stacked. A plurality of partition walls 16 are radially arranged between adjoining caster fitting-in recessed parts 13 and the casters 3a-3e are fitted in between some of the adjoining partition walls 16. When a cargo of a given weight or more is loaded on the track 1, the central part in a longitudinal direction of the track frame 2 is bent, the caster 3e of a central part is brought into touch with a ground, and a loading weight is increasable.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional example, since the bogie frame is made of metal, it becomes heavy. Therefore, there is a problem that the burden on a person is great when the caster is used to move on the floor or when the truck is lifted.
In addition, when storing, a plurality of trucks may be stacked in order to save space, but in this case, the casters rotate and the trucks move, which is unstable.

Next, the operation of the trolley 1 configured as described above will be described. With reference to FIGS. 2 to 4, when no load is placed on the trolley 1, or in the case of a lightweight load, the central caster 3e floats toward the trolley frame 2 side compared to the four corners of the casters 3a to 3d. It is in a broken state. However, when a load with a weight of a predetermined amount or more is placed, the center portion of the bogie frame 2 in the length direction bends and the casters 3e in the center portion are grounded. In this way, the caster 3e supports the central portion of the bogie frame 2 where the bending amount is the largest. Therefore, the weight of the bogie frame 2 made of synthetic resin can be increased.
