[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the above-mentioned conventional example, since the bogie frame is made of metal, it becomes heavy. Therefore, there is a problem that the burden on a person is great when the caster is used to move on the floor or when the truck is lifted. Further, by connecting a plurality of carriages, the mounting area may be expanded to form a flat stand such as a stage. However, if the connecting member projects from the flat surface of the carriage, the flatness is impaired.

The casters 3e at the center are the casters 3a at the other four corners.
Compared to 3d, it is designed to float slightly on the bogie frame 2 side. That is, when the load is light, the ground is not grounded, but when a load having a predetermined weight or more is placed on the carriage 1, the carriage frame 2 is bent and the caster 3e at the center is grounded. A handle hole 5 is formed in the widthwise end of the bogie frame 2 at the center in the lengthwise direction.

The structures of the engaging portions 6 and 7 at both ends in the length direction of the carriage 1 are substantially the same as the engaging portions 8 and 9 in FIGS. 5 and 6. That is,
The engaging portion 6 has a first holding recess 20 and engaging holes 6a and 6b, and the engaging portion 7 has a second holding recess 15 and a connecting rod 7a. The connecting rod 7a is inserted into the engagement hole 6a or the engagement hole 6b. As shown in FIG. 7, when the bogies 1 and 1 are flexibly connected to each other, the connecting rod 7a is inserted into the engaging hole 6a. As shown in FIG. 8, when the carriages 1 and 1 are brought into close contact with each other, the connecting rod 7a is inserted into the engaging hole 6b and connected. At the time of connection, the end portion of the connection rod 7a is housed in the first holding recess 20.

Next, the operation of the trolley 1 configured as described above will be described. Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4, when no load is placed on the trolley 1, or in the case of a light weight load, the center caster 3e is closer to the trolley frame 2 side than the four corner casters 3a to 3d. Is in a floating state. However, when a load with a weight of a predetermined amount or more is placed, the center portion of the bogie frame 2 in the length direction bends and the casters 3e in the center portion are grounded. In this way, the caster 3e supports the central portion of the bogie frame 2 where the bending amount is the largest. Therefore, the weight of the bogie frame 2 made of synthetic resin can be increased.

With reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the carriage 1 can be carried while holding the handle hole 5 in the hand. The connecting rod 7a at the end in the longitudinal direction of the truck 1 shown in FIG. 1 is lifted up and turned around the outside of the truck 1. The connecting rod 7a is fitted into and engaged with the engaging hole 6a at the end of the trolley 1 in the longitudinal direction. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of carriages 1 can be flexibly connected in a line through the connecting rod 7a.

Further, referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the connecting rod 8a in the width direction of the truck is fitted into the engaging hole 9a, and the connecting rod 7a is fitted into and engaged with the engaging hole 6b. Connecting rod 8 as shown
By connecting the carriage 1 in the width direction and the length direction via the connecting rod 7a, it is possible to create a flat base such as a stage. When not in use, a plurality of carriages 1 can be stacked as shown in FIG. At this time, the casters 3c, 3d, 3e of the upper carriage 1 are fitted into the fitting recess 13 of the lower carriage 1. The operation of the casters 3c, 3d, 3e is restricted by the partition wall 16 (see FIG. 1) in the caster fitting recess 13.

The center caster 3e is provided so as to float on the bogie frame side as compared to the four corners of the casters 3a to 3d. When a luggage having a weight equal to or more than a predetermined weight is placed on the bogie 1, the longitudinal center portion of the bogie frame 2 is bent and the caster 3e at the central portion is grounded. That is, the caster 3e supports the central portion of the bogie frame 2 where the bending amount is the largest. Therefore, the weight can be increased even with a bogie frame made of synthetic resin.

The connecting rods 7a and 8a of the carriage 1 are configured to be fitted into and engaged with the holding holes 12, withdrawn from the upper surface of the carriage 1 and rotatable on the outside of the carriage. That is, when the carriage 1 is not connected, the connecting rods 7a and 8a do not project to the outside of the carriage 1. Therefore, the connecting portion does not become an obstacle when the carriage 1 is not connected.

[Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the weight of the bogie and to flexibly connect a plurality of bogies vertically and horizontally through the connecting rod and the engagement hole provided on the bogie. Therefore,
A flat base of arbitrary size can be formed. Further, the connecting rod for connecting the bogies is housed in the first holding recess both when the bogies are connected and when the bogies are not connected. Therefore, in both cases of connection and non-connection, there is nothing protruding on the upper surface of the trolley, and the luggage can be placed in a stable state.
