Description
Claims (31)
- 1.積層された製品の他の層に金属層を取り付けるに適当な剥離可能な構造物で あって、該構造は表面13を有する基板11であって、上記表面には多孔質陽極 酸化可能な金属を備え、さらに上記表面13を覆いかつ取り付けられる多孔質の アノード処理フィルムからなり、 上記多孔質アノード処理フィルム12は外側フィルム部分と上記基板を含む下層 部分の間に位置する弱化層19を有し、該弱化層19は上記構造の使用において は弱化層19に沿って上記構造物を意図的に剥離させる以外は上記下層部分から の上記外側フィルム部分の取り外しを防止するに十分な強度を有することを特徴 とする剥離可能な構造物。
- 2.上記アノード処理フィルム12が0.1ミクロン〜25ミクロンの範囲の厚 みを有する請求項1記載の構造物。
- 3.上記アノード処理フィルム12か約8ないし12Nの剥離強度を有する請求 項3記載の構造物。
- 4.ポリマー層か上記アノード処理フィルム12に直接結合され、上記弱化層1 9において上記アノード処理フィルム12の剥離強度より大きな取り付け強度を 有する請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の構造物。
- 5.接着剤層22が被覆されて上記アノード処理フィルム12に取り付けられ、 該接着剤は上記弱化層19における上記アノード処理フィルム12の剥離強度よ り大きな剥離強度を有している請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の構造物。
- 6.上記接着剤22が上記アノード処理フィルム12を部分的に透過し、上記弱 化層19における剥離強度を修正する請求項5記載の構造物。
- 7.上記接着剤22か食物とともに使用するのに適するものである請求項5記載 の構造物。
- 8.上記基板11か上記アノード処理フィルム12に取り付けられる表面とは反 対の第2の平坦な表面を有するフレキシブルなホイルの形態である請求項1ない し3のいずれかに記載の構造物。
- 9.第2アノード処理フィルムが上記第2の平坦な表面を覆いそれに取り付けら れている請求項8記載の構造物。
- 10.上記弱化層19を含む上記アノード処理フィルムが多孔質の陽極酸化可能 な金属の電解液中における陽極酸化によって製造されるフィルムであって、その 電圧は多孔質のアノード処理フィルムを形成させるものであって、上記多孔質陽 極酸化を続けるにあたり、上記アノード処理フィルム中に弱化層を導入させる電 圧降下手順を実施し、さらに、上記フィルムを一定時間上記電解液または他の酸 性溶液中に放置してさらに上記弱化層に沿って上記フィルムを弱化し、そこでは 上記電圧及び放置時間は使用される条件下で上記弱化層がその弱化層にそった上 記構造物の手作業による剥離以外は上記下層構造物からの上記外側部分の取り外 しを防止するような強度を有するように設定される請求項1ないし3のいずれか に記載の構造物。
- 11.シール可能な容器を閉鎖するのに適当な剥離可能なホイル状蓋材料であっ て、ホイルの表面13には多孔質の陽極酸化可能な金属からなるフレキシブルな 金属ホイル11を含み、しかも上記表面13を覆いかつそれに取り付けられる多 孔質アノード処理フィルム12を有し、上記多孔質なアノード処理フィルム12 は外側フィルム部分と上記金属ホイル11を含む下層部分の間に位置する弱化層 19を有し、該弱化層19は容器に対する蓋材料の使用においては上記容器から 蓋材料を手操作により剥離させる以外は上記下層部分からの上記外側フィルム部 分の取り外しを防止するに十分な強度を有することを特徴とする剥離可能な構造 物。
- 12.接着剤層22が被覆されて上記アノード処理フィルム12に取り付けられ 、該接着剤は上記弱化層19において上記アノード処理フィルム12の剥離強度 より大きな剥離強度を有している請求項11に記載の構造物。
- 13.上記アノード処理フィルム12が約8ないし12Nの剥離強度を有する請 求項11または12記載の構造物。
- 14.収納する目的物を保持するための中空体と該容器本体に取り付けられるフ レキシブルな封鎖部材からなるシールされる容器であって、上記シールされる容 器は上記閉鎖部材と容器本体との間に位置する剥離可能な構造物を有し、該構造 物は表面13を有する基板11を含み、上記基板は上記表面に多孔質の陽極酸化 可能な金属と該表面を覆いかつそれに取り付けられる多孔質のアノード処理フィ ルム12を備え、 上記多孔質なアノード処理フィルム12は外側フィルム部分と上記金属ホイル1 1を含む下層部分の間に位置する弱化層19を有し、該弱化層19は該構造物の 使用においては上記容器本体から閉鎖部材を手操作により剥離させる以外は上記 下層部分からの上記外側フィルム部分の取り外しを防止するに十分な強度を有す ることを特徴とするシールされた容器。
- 15.接着剤層22が被覆されて上記アノード処理フィルム12に取り付けられ 、該接着剤は上記弱化層19において上記アノード処理フィルム12の剥離強度 より大きな剥離強度を有している請求項14記載の容器。
- 16.上記アノード処理フィルム12が約8ないし12Nの剥離強度を有する請 求項14記載の容器。
- 17.上記多孔質のアノード処理フィルム12が光学的に薄いものであって、そ のフィルムの該表面に半透明な反射金属層を備え、上記基板及び半透明な金属層 から反射された光が目視可能な色彩を発するようになっており、さらに上記フレ キシブルな閉鎖部材及び上記本体の一つが透明であってそれを通して上記色彩を 観測できるようになっている請求項14ないし16のいずれかに記載のシールさ れた容器。
- 18.容器本体を封鎖するためのフレキシブルな封鎖部材を受けるに適当なリム 部分を有する容器本体であって、上記リム部分か表面13を有する基板11を含 む上記封鎖部材に取り付けるための剥離可能な構造物を有し、上記基板は上記表 面が多孔質の陽極酸化可能な金属からなり、しかも上記表面13を覆いかつそれ に取り付けられる多孔質アノード処理フィルム12を有し、上記多孔質なアノー ド処理フィルム12は外側フィルム部分と上記基盤を含む下層部分の間に位置す る弱化層19を有し、該弱化層19は該構造物のの使用においては上記容器本体 からフレキシブルな封鎖部材を手操作により剥離させる以外は上記下層部分から の上記外側フィルム部分の取り外しを防止するに十分な強度を有することを特徴 とする容器本体。
- 19.接着剤層22が上記フレキシブルな封鎖部材を上記容器本体に取り付け、 上記剥離可能な構造物のアノード処理フィルム12を覆い、該接着剤は上記弱化 層19において上記アノード処理フィルム12の剥離強度より大きな剥離強度を 有している請求項18記載の容器。
- 20.上記アノード処理フィルム12が約8ないし12Nの剥離強度を有する請 求項18または19に記載の容器。
- 21.陽極酸化可能な金属からなるフレキシブルな層50と、該金属層の表面を 覆う金属酸化物からなるフレキシブルなアノード処理フィルム51と、上記アノ ード処理フィルムに取り付けられた少なくとも1つのフレキシブルなポリマー層 53からなる剥離可能なフレキシブルな積層シート材料であって、上記アノード 処理フィルムが弱化層52を含み、かつ上記弱化層に沿った上記フィルムの強度 が少なくとも1つのポリマー層と上記金属層の分離が上記フィルムをパッケージ 材料としての通常の使用中は防止されるか、少なくとも1つのポリマー層と上記 金属層は上記層からの意図的な剥離によっては分離できるようになっていること を特徴とする剥離可能なフレキシブル積層シート材料。
- 22.上記アノード処理フィルム12が約8ないし12Nの剥離強度を有する請 求項21に記載の材料。
- 23.積層された製品の他の層に金属層を取り付けるのに適当な剥離可能な構造 物を製造する方法であって、 電解液中で多孔質アノード処理フィルムを形成するに至る電圧で多孔質で陽極酸 化可能な金属で表面を陽極酸化(アノード処理)する工程と、上記アノード処理 フィルムに弱化層を導入する電圧降下手順を実行しながら上記多孔質アノード処 理を続ける工程と、上記フィルムを上記電解液または他の酸素溶液中に一定時間 放置して上記弱化層に沿って上記フィルムを弱化する工程からなり、上記電圧及 び放置時間を使用条件下に上記構造の使用において上記弱化層に沿って上記構造 を手操作で剥離する以外は上記下層構造からの上記外側フィルムの剥離を防止す るに十分な強度を有するように設定することを特徴とする方法。
- 24.上記アノード処理工程が約5−15ボルトの範囲の電圧で行われる請求項 23記載の方法。
- 25.上記アノード処理工程が約40−60℃の範囲の温度で行われる請求項2 3記載の方法。
- 26.上記アノード処理工程が約1モルのリン酸を含む電解液中で行われる請求 項23記載の方法。
- 27.上記アノード処理工程が約20−30秒の時間行われる請求項23記載の 方法。
- 28.上記電圧降下手順が段階的にまたは約0.2−2V/秒の範囲の速度で連 続的に約1Vまたはそれ以下の最終電圧までの電圧降下を含む請求項23ないし 27のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 29.上記フィルムが約2秒間上記電解液または他の材料中に放置される請求項 23ないし27のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 30.上記アノード処理フィルムを接着剤層によって被覆し、上記弱化層におけ る上記アノード処理フィルムの剥離強度より大きい剥離強度を有する請求項23 ないし27のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 31.上記アノード処理フィルムにポリマー層を直接接合させる請求項23ない し27のいずれかに記載の方法。
