Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.注射液(13)を収容するためのハウジング(11,21)と、 注射過程にあっては、前記注射液(13)を押し出すために(89)、以下にお いて作動位置と称する第1位置(図3)と以下において非作動位置と称する第2 位置(図2)との間で変位可能である長さ調整自在のプランジャ(29,38) と、 前記プランジャ(29,38)の有効長さを変化させて、前記注射液(13)の 注射量を計量設定するための制御部材(23)とを有する注射装置において、前 記非作動位置(図2)において、前記制御部材(23)による前記プランジャ( 29,38)の長さ調節を無効にすることを特徴とする注射装置。 2.前記長さ調節自在のプランジャ(29,38)と前記ハウジング(21)と の間に阻止手段(60,66)を設け、前記阻止手段は、前記プランジャの或る 回転位置または或る回転位置領域においてのみ、前記長さ調節自在のプランジャ (29,38)の、前記ハウジング(21)に対する、前記非作動位置(図2) から前記作動位置(図3)への軸方向変位を可能とすることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項に記載の注射装置。 3.前記長さ調節自在のプランジャ(29,38)の前記作動位置(図3)から 前記非作動位置(図2)への運動中は、前記阻止手段(60,66)が非作動化 されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の注射装置。 4.前記作動位置(図3)において作動自在のストップ(図14の76)は、前 記制御部材(23)に関連付けられ、、また、設定可能な計量に対する上限を設 定することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項または第3項に記載の注射装置。 5.前記制御部材(23)は、前記長さ調整自在のプランジャ(29,38)に 結合されて同プランジャを回転および/または軸方向変位させることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれかに記載の注射装置。 6.前記長さ調整自在のプランジャ(29,38)は、ネジ付き部材(38)の ネジ(35)内でガイドされるネジ付きスピンドル(29)を備え、前記ネジ付 きスピンドル(29)を長手方向にガイドするようにされたガイド部材(34) は、前記ネジ付き部材(38)に回転自在に結合され、また、前記ハウジング( 21)内において軸方向変位自在に配されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項ないし第5項のいずれかに記載の注射装置。 7.前記ネジ付き部材(8)と前記ガイド部材(34)との間に移動止め構成( 48,49)を設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の注射装置。 8.前記ガイド部材(34)が、前記非作動位置(図2)において前記ハウジン グ(21)に対して回転自在である一方、前記作動位置(図3)では前記ハウジ ング(21)に対して回転不能であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項または 第7項に記載の注射装置。 9.前記ガイド部材(34)が、前記作動位置(図3)において前記ハウジング (21)に対して形状嵌合的あるいは強制ロック式に結合(55,56)してい ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の注射装置。 10.前記ガイド部材に窪みあるいは突起(55)を設け、この窪みあるいは突 起と、前記ハウジング(21)の相補的な突起あるいは窪み(56)とが前記作 動位置(図3)では係合する一方、前記非作動位置(図2)では係合しないこと を特徴とする請求の範囲第8項または第9項に記載の注射装置。 11.前記ネジ付き部材(38)と前記ガイド部材(34)との回転は、前記プ ランジャ(29,38)の有効長さを増大させるように作用する一回転方向に制 約されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項ないし第10項のいずれかに記 載の注射装置。 12.前記移動止め構成(48,49)は、所望でない回転方向での回転を阻止 するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項または第11項に 記載の注射装置。 13.注射液(13)を収容するためのハウジング(11,21)と、 注射過程にあっては、前記注射液(13)を押し出すために(89)、以下にお いて作動位置と称する第1位置(図3)と以下において非作動位置と称する第2 位置(図2)との間で変位可能である長さ調整自在のプランジャ(29,38) と、 前記プランジャ(29,38)の有効長さを変化させて、前記注射液(13)の 注射量を計量設定するための制御部材(28)とを有する注射装置において、前 記長さ調整自在のプランジャ(29,38)はネジ付きスピンドル(29)を有 し、また、突起(36)を有するガイド部材(34)は、前記ネジ付きスピンド ルと関連づけられ、前記突起(36)は前記ネジ付きスピンドル(29)の長手 方向溝(30,31)と係合し、更に、前記ネジ付きスピンドル(29)はプラ スチック材からなると共に、1よりも大きい数の長手方向溝(30,31)を有 することを特徴とする注射装置。 14.前記長手方向溝(30,31)は、前記ネジ付きスピンドル(10)の周 面に均一に分布していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第13項に記載の注射装置 。
